Something Different
A great idea for a 90th birthday present for a penguin lover who didn’t want “stuff”. Only disappointment was that it came in a plain tin with no picture of a penguin which was expected from the advert.

Bought as a gift and it looks nice enough. Quite reasonable for the price.

An excellent gift!!
This was actually bought as a Secret Santa gift for someone who loves penguins. Please do not read this as an insult to the product! I bought it because it was an excellent price for what it is, and the person who received it claimed it was "the best Secret Santa gift EVER!" She registered it immediately, and plans on continuing the plan after the year is up. Very happy!

Nice quality and good information inside. Not sure about the adopting process as it was a gift but all seemed relatively above board.

Poor item, good customer service.
Good item - but was a gift and turned up dinted and with poorly placed stickers. The cost was refunded, but not fit as a gift. Item was 1 star, their action was 5 star.

A great gift for a great cause
A lovely pack for my nephew who has named his penguin Giuseppe. The metal tin came with a postcard, named adopter certificate and facts about the penguins on the Galápagos Islands. It really felt like we were making a difference!

Out of date couldn’t register
This product needed registering by a sat date to be valid it arrived 2YEARS passed this date so was completely useless! The gift is simple with a tin that contains a poster post card and a few bits of paper.

You don't actually adopt a penguin..... you get this crappy box set AND then get to pay even more to actually adopt one. It's made to sell.
