Ok I have never used an Epilator before and I took a chance on this one due to getting fed up with plucking hairs on my chin and neck area. I didn't want to splash out on expensive one to start with so I opted for this one. This is an Epilator and not a hair remover which most of the reviews are for. But for a couple quid more I am so happy with the results. Ok I have no idea what the bigger brands are like, but this worked perfectly for me. It took a while to pluck some of the coarser hairs on my chin but the rest was just a breeze. My face feels so smooth and not much redness at all. Just in that one stubborn hair area - just the one hair! I am absolutely over the moon and I may get one of the expensive brands in the future and use this for travel. But for now I am very happy with this product and its done a great job
