no instructions or directions inside of the box, no way to get in touch with anyone on the webstie

First off, I have been ill as nd couldn’t get this door bell installed right away. Contacted an electrician: after is checking the bell out. He found it requires 110v. The old bell is a low voltage bell. Therefore it will not work. Then he checked to see if he could convert it to a low voltage system. Finding out it is. No longer made by the company. Therefore I am glued, screwed and tattooed , as the saying goes.

It work just great for our Sunday church classes. Noise level is great we can hear it in the classroom and inside the church.

Could not get it to work, troubleshooted, changed transformer, bell button etc. Only worked when hot wired. Lost labor time and material. Sent item back for refund. Also did not come with any instructions.

I bought the bell and went on vacation and recently installed but doesn’t work. Connected two existing wires to the bell wires (both black) and it doesn’t work. Replace with a Home Depot wired bell and it worked. No instruction and since I can’t return it after 30 days it is a throw away and a waste of money.
