These capsules really help me sleep. My cardiologist recommended these to help with sleep and brain function. I can see a difference, they’re worth a try if your doctor approves. I take 2 a night. My doctor recommended these 4. I haven’t needed the extra, yet. They’re supposed to calm the brain. They’re easy to swallow and work very well.

You will have strange dreams!! You will have vivid dreams while taking this before bed. Does it help me sleep? Yes I guess. But I take other Products to help sleep. This is a good product. The dreams aspect is worth it alone

Love this and this brand. Capsules are too big l, I just pour it in my tea or other drink. It’s very sweet. I’ve tried other brands without any results. This brand I get same day results.

Really helps me get better quality sleep. I started taking higher doses (upwards of 7 grams per day) as I had read and researched it can help with collagen production. As with me getting older I figured i would try. I wouldnt call the results amazing but I have noticed small wrinkles filling out and not being as prominent, and some deeper wrinkle not being quite as deep. Nothing drastic but I noticed (people who arent me might not) I take this mainly for better sleep. I can have insomnia sometimes where it takes for ever to fall asleep, and then it not be great. Even though this doesnt help me fall asleep faster (i do that with other supplments and having very strict bedtime routine) this supplement does let me get some good quality sleep where I feel refreshed in the morning. No grogginess, no just 5 more minutes. Just pure energy to start the day bright eyes and bushy tailed. I still take this (i alternate between 2 brands both work super well) I highly recommend trying this supplement if your sleep quality is poor and want to improve it. The best is you dont have to take this every day/night ... you can take it before bed on nights you know you'll need the best quality sleep. Using it on an as needed basis.
