Ive been taking this stuff daily for 3 months now and have noticed a huge difference. First was how I didnt catch the multiple illness my kids brought home from daycare like I usually do, as well as better energy, muscle recovery between workouts AND my bloating is gone. I bought these to take with me on an upcoming trip to ensure I didnt skip a day with my routine and not have to fly with my big jar. Ive tried many flavors, and think the Unflavored is the best and easiest. The flavored ones are a bit too sweet for me, and I have a sweet tooth. 10/10 recommend this product!

So, I wanted a product that offers everything that this company claims, and I only wanted one product. I was taking to many supplements, for hair, for skin and so on. I've decided to give this a try, yes it's costly, but when I added up how much I was spending on supplements, I'm actually saving money. I've been taking this for two months now and I will mention everything that I've noticed. I've always suffered from dry skin especially on my face, I've also always suffered from rashy skin, behind my ear, nose and at times my forehead. I've also been suffering from hair loss as well. Now, my guess is not everyone will feel all of the benefits that this product claims to offer, or that it may take a longer time to feel it with longer use of this product. I will go through what I've noticed in two months, my hair is definitely darker and stronger. I've noticed much less hair on my comb, my hair seems so much fuller as well. Hair growth has been so much faster with this product, I usually get a hair cut every two weeks and shave once a week and I now have to shave twice a week and get a haircut every week with how fast my hair has been growing. What shocked me is my skin, I've noticed my skin much less dryer, it also has this glow to it, and I'm a guy and yes I feel weird saying that my skin has a glow, but it's true ... My skin hasn't looked this healthy in so so many years. I've noticed that I am now going to the bathroom more regularly, it's definitely been helping my stomach with less bloating, and flow of bowel movement, I do feel lighter and that feeling truly helps me mentally. Now, I haven't felt a difference in energy at all, but maybe that's because of the fact that I'm already active, but my sleep patterns have changed since using this product I've been sleeping better. I started out using 3 packets a day for the first week and then I brought it down to 2 a day. One in the morning and the other at night before bed and that regimen works perfectly for me. This thing mixes well with water, no smell at all and I find it better to use the unflavored one but that's my preference. I've also used it in shakes as well. I saw a review of someone pouring it directly into their mouth, I tried it and prefer it in water or my shakes. I think one to two packets a day is more than enough. I started off with three just to get it into my system and after that just two and then I will plan to just use one a day to see if I still notice a difference. I will follow up again after using it for 6 months.

I took off one star for the price and the taste/texture. I do think this is effective when used consistently, gives me a little more energy and endurance. As a person whose body doesn't naturally have much of either of those, even a small increase is a big deal! I'm not, sadly, super consistent in using it, probably because it's a little off putting in smell, texture, and taste. It's not awful, I don't dread it, but I'm not getting so much effect that I'm excited to use this daily. It's a bit gritty, the taste is kinda meh, and instead of trying to mix it and then trying to choke it down, I gave up and I just tip the whole packet into the back of my mouth and swallow it like a pill. I haven't noticed an effect on my skin, but my nails are growing in thicker and stronger.

I received my order of Blood Orange flavor on 4/24. I wanted to give myself a couple weeks to see if I noticed any changes before leaving a review. Armra isn't cheap so I started off with one box of 30 packets. I take anywhere from 1-2 packets a day. I dump a packet into a bottle of water and shake it vigorously, which seems to mix it well, for the most part. Every couple of sips, I'll shake a bit a more. The flavor is doable for me. If you look at the ingredients, you will see that there is organic Stevia leaf extract - I've always found Stevia to leave a bit of an after taste but with this, it's tolerable and I just wash it away with an undiluted bottle of water. I can put up with a little bit of after taste if it means this product is sugar-free, which it is. I'm still trying to reconcile the cost, however. One box is $64.50 (which includes tax), that comes out to $2.15 per packet so I gave the value for money 4 stars. Now, for the changes - I'm a 51 year old female who has been going through MP for a couple years, so believe me, I am completely in tune with my body. When I see a change, it's not something I'm hopeful is happening - it's something that actually HAS happened. My fingernail growth has sped up - my polishes used to last up to 3 weeks. In just under two, it's time for a refresh. I have not noticed any difference in nail strength. I have 2 toe nails (oddly, it's the same toe on each foot) that ALWAYS grow in gray. This is the first time that I see the new growth is not coming in gray. For almost the last 2 years, my gray hair has come in so fiercely that I have to do a root touch-up every other week and a full color the weeks in between the root touch-ups. I am now 1 week and 3 days since my last color with just minimal graying. I think I will get to the 2 week mark before I HAVE TO color again. Just to be sure I wasn't trying to see something that wasn't really happening, I had my husband sift through my hair and he was quite amazed at how little gray was present. Other than the descriptions above, I haven't noticed any other changes. I am not on any medications nor do I take supplements on a regular basis (other than ARMRA). Just keep in mind when you're ooo-ing and aaaahhh-ing over these wonderful things that are happening to many people who are taking ARMRA (or any other product), everyone's body is different and what might happen with many others, may not be the case for you and the other way around. While supplement/product reviews are great (I, for one, am certainly influenced by them) it doesn't necessarily mean you will see the same results. I would definitely recommend this product (and already have) and will be buying 2 boxes next time.

I was super excited to try this as my friends had been talking about colostrum, and I have been taking collagen for a while. I put 2 packets in my coffee the first morning (2/3 of a daily serving) and moved on with my day. I had lunch with my husband and went out to dinner with some friends and over the course of the day was in so. much. pain. I honestly don't know the word for it - bloated? crampy? Really, it just felt like my entire abdomen was filled with trapped gas that wouldn't release. My husband was surprised because we ate the exact same thing. I went to bed in pain but woke up better the next day and did it all over again with the same results. This time I made the connection. I don't have allergies/food sensitivities, am on no medications, and can pretty much eat whatever I want, so I never thought I'd have an adverse reaction to a supplement. Just be aware of the possibility of having the complete opposite outcome of what you'd expect for seemingly no reason. I read that some people dealt with these "side effects" for a month or so before it eased up. I canNOT imagine going through that for a month! I'm planning on giving this to my friend who loves colostrum. I'm aware it works for some people but can have devastating effects on others. Try these packets first (or better yet, try a friend's!) before getting any for yourself. It's an expensive experiment.

Love this! Heard about it from a radio personality and had to try as needed something to give my body a boost. My joints are less painful and digestive system feel so much better. It has also helped my hair thicken and grow, my hair stylist noticed at my last appointment. Mixes well, can be clumpy, so I use a little emulsifier. Highly effective for women in their late 40’s for so many things.

The taste was really good! Can’t give it full stars because not sure if it worked. Also the price is a little too much to use as a monthly regiment.
