I feel like this is a great product. The supplement comes in small little tablets that are easy to swallow and they did not leave unpleasant aftertaste. I take one tablet daily and I find it somewhat useful for my sleep.

Quality products helps with a good night sleep

Improving my sleep quality; helping me concentrate more, definitely giving me more energy. They are about the same size as a paracetamol so relatively easy to take, with a meal. Only downside I have is the writing on the bottle is quite small so I found it difficult to read.

I am menopausal and had begun to experience restless legs. The feelings in my legs would wake me during the night , which disturbed my sleep and was distressing . After reading up , magnesium was a good help for this .I purchased these , after the Holland & Barrett version left me gagging . These are much more aero-dynamic for swallowing will continue to use . Thank you for this product has improved my sleep .

Be careful, it’s magnesium oxide, he has in 250mg only 150 clear magnesium and because its a oxide it is absorbed only by 4-8 percent
