IBD Hard Gel - LED/UV Builder Gel Clear, 1 pack (1 x 56 g) - MADE IN USA - Nail building at home - without appointments and noisy nail salons

This builder gel was really good to use! I am only a beginner but I found it relatively simple once I got the hang of it. One thing I would say is that the colour is a very light pink so I would recommend using clear tips if you’re going to do nail extensions. I used natural tips and it gave me a very nice pink and white ombré effect. The pot is the perfect size and will definitely last you a long time. This builder gel will give you good long lasting nails. To cure the builder gel I purchased the SUNmini UV/LED lamp, which costs about £12 on amazon and so it’s very affordable and good for beginners like me. The lamp cured the builder gel well and I would recommend 60s under the lamp. This builder gel is perfect just by itself or to build up an extension to then paint over. Would definitely recommend this product! :)

A good builder gel, works with LED lamp. It's thick, slowly self levelling which makes it great for me. Used dehydrator and acid free primer from Naio Nails, then did a thin base layer with this gel, put my hand in the lamp and then started building my nails on top (with a form). Had no lifting, except for one finger where I forgot to file the surface of the nail so it didn't have what to stick on. Fixed that and had no problem! Wore them 3 weeks with gel polish on top after which I filled them in.

I bought natural 2 but it looks like pink , even though it says natural on the bottle Its also very thick 🥴

UPDATE: This seems to lift quite a bit with the 'base one' primer I have been using so I have purchased the IBD powerbond and dehydrator to see if that's better. I watched a few YouTube tutorials to learn how to use it and it’s great. The pink is a really natural colour and I’ve left it like this without any gel colour (just base and top coat). I’m hoping that I will get better with more practice but it’s really good for an amateur to use who just wants to do their nails at home. Highly recommended.

Great for repairing and strengthening guitar players nails. After a bit of practice easy to apply / use. A little goes a long way. Looks like real nails so no “dodgy” looks.

Good performance

It’s a beautiful shade of nude but It’s a little hard to work with. My favorite product is by light elegance because you can choose any consistency you would like but they unfortunately don’t have any nude hard gels. Regardless my clients enjoy this product and it stays on without lifting and hold up strong.

The clear IBD hard gel is really good. This is the first time I have tried to do gel nails at home. I used to do acrylics. I have now used this gel to build nails on tips and on forms a few times. It comes out great every time. The gel is self leveling but is not runny. I saw reviews that it's not runny enough but that's not true - if the gel was runnier than it is right now it would be nearly impossible to work with. I normally do two coats of it so the nail is thick enough. I cure it for 90 seconds under a LED night and it cures really well. I then clean them with alcohol and sand them down to the shape and smoothness that I want. I recommend using a good quality synthetic brush and at least a 45W LED light to go along with this. I also recommend working on a clean and large table because you don't want dust or pet hair getting into. Also, make sure you do not leave this or any other gel products in sunlight as it will cure in the UV rays. I was surprised by the price and the size of the bottle, however, I know now that you will get a LOT of use out of this container. I have not used it all yet so I cannot say how many nails you can build with it, but I have used it to make 120 nails (6 full sets of nails) already and it looks like I have not even made a dent. The price is great in comparison to other places I have seen. I saw IBD builder gel at a shop, the bottle was half the size for the same price! ** make sure you buy IBD UV/LED Gel Bonder and use it with this. Prep the nails by filing off the shininess, clean with rubbing alcohol, put bonder on it and cure for 30 seconds, then use builder gel and cure for 60-90 seconds per thick layer (you will need 2 layers, 3 max if you like thick big nails).

The only issues was that I had ordered the shade natural II, received White instead .
