Bit messy. Takes trial and error to perfect.

Does a great job.
Does a good job. I had a problem as the three nozzles were packed pushed inside each other. I removed the first one screwed it on cut the end and nothing came out, squeezed the trigger again and glue everywhere but not out of nozzle. After cleaning up me, the floor the fix it tube etc, trying the next nozzle with the same outcome , I eventually discovered the cap from the following nozzle was jammed tight inside and couldn't be dislodged. Once I sorted that out the actual tile job was a doddle. Great stuff, very runny but that is what makes it flow under the tiles. I actually had to lift the edge of the tiles as they but together with no grout to drill into. As a 68 year old lady I would recommend this stuff just watch for the nozzles or you might stick yourself to the tile as well as waste the glue.

Does the job but not quite as simple as the video suggests.
Having floor tiles that are not fully adhered to the subfloor results in loose grout and potentially broken tiles. So it is worth quite a lot to resolve the problem without having to remove tiles. The video shows a simple solution to drill some small holes through the grout and pumping in the adhesive which flows easily under the tile and pushes up through the next hole. It did not work that way for me. I identified all the (extensive) hollow areas by tapping. Drilling through the grout was fairly simple but in some places the grout seemed to go full depth of the tile (i. e. The bit did not ‘release’ before it hit the screed). I used a 3mm bit. The adhesive was a good consistency but on some holes it was easy to pump and took a lot of material and on some it refused to take any. Only once did it flow up through the adjacent hole. This I think was due to the grout being full depth and blocking the flow path. It is important to use sufficient weight on the tiles until the adhesive sets. The tubes only leaked at the back if I tried to force the material into holes - if it won’t flow easily move on to the next hole and drill more holes if you need to. On checking next day I found only 60% of the hollow areas were now solid. I needed to drill more holes and re-apply the adhesive. This resulted in about 85-90% solid, but I could not detect any tile flex. Having regrouted the area I am pleased with the result but I will need to see that it remains perfect for years. The material is expensive and I needed a lot of tubes, but I was not willing to risk using a generic PVA adhesive and having failures.

Very good but can be messy
Used this on my bathroom tiles which had developed a knock/rock, and on a void under a laminate board in my dinning room. Sticks well, used masking tape around the hole i drilled to inject. Only issue i had was (and it might just have been a bad batch) once i started to use it if i lifted my applicator gun upwards the contents of the tube run out of the back of the tube and onto my hand. Be carefull just make sure you keep it pointing towards the ground. Came off my hands and floor ok if wiped very quickly. But other than that great product and it dries clear so easy to fill the holes in with some filler.

Good but pricey
Very useful for loose floor tiles, very runny and quite messy as excess amount comes out. Quite pricey and uses quite a large amount to fix the loose floor.

Beware of OLD STOCK
I have not been able to give a full review of this product - Because the tubes sold to me from this seller were of the old original type. The older ones ( as I now have ) give way under pressure from the gun. As you pull the trigger of your mastic gun the seal of the plunger gives way very easily and fills the emptying tube with fluid, and fills the tube!!! This happened to two of the three tubes I purchased. AT NEARLY £14 A TUBE THATS WASTEFUL !!The old tubes are shown on the LEFT in the picture. The newer one on the right has a thicker collar as seen from the top and a longer plunger collar to stop it leaking.

Works.
We had engineered wood floated above our screed/concrete floor after open planning as we were told it didn’t not need to be levelled using self levelling compound. The floor looked great, but there were 2 very bad spongey spots and about 30 hollow spots. We bought this as a desperate attempt to fix and inject it into tiny holes in the wood (applying gentle weight).. what can I say, I’m blown away how good this is. Don’t usually leave reviews, but thank you, thank you, thank you!

Expensive but definitely does the job
Very expensive in view of the fact that you will mostly need way more than you expect. I ended up needing 12 tubes to do an area of less than 2 square meters. Obviously it depends on the size of the gaps under your tiles and you won’t know til you drill the holes and start squirting it in. However, it works remarkably well. No-one can argue with that!
