Q: Am I the only one who thinks it smells like baby vomit?

I don't know about baby vomit, but the bottle I received surprised me w/an awful smell the first time I used it. I assumed fragrance-free meant it has no scent at all.

Q: Is the product supposed to come in a box or any sort of packaging? It just came in a bottle with no safety seal. I'm worried about it being tampered w

No, there is no packaging that the bottle comes in. Each bottle pump is sealed upon arrival if you twist it it will extend and that's how you'll know it hasn't been tampered with.

Q: The pump doesn't work,is there a way to unlock it?

It is probably in the locked position. Try turning the pump.

Q: Will this remove eye makeup (mascara, eyeliner)?

I would depend on the makeup. But it would probably do okay with getting most of it off. Although I would recommend a cleaning oil to get off all makeup, and then a cleanser.

So good

Takes all your make up off without drying your skin out and leaves it super silky, soft and smooth. Very impressive.

Ideal for oily skin

Great if you have combo/oily skin. I don't believe I have sensitive skin so this might not be for everyone but I don't find this product stripping. This is an all rounder as I have been able to use it in the day, at night, with retinol and vitamin c.

Super gentle on my skin but removes eye makeup

I've been using it for about two weeks now and it seems to be lasting well (you can see in the image how much it's gone down), the bottle and pump are a lovely design and work well. The gel wash itself is very gentle on my skin but is enough to remove my heavy eyeliner and waterproof mascara which is great, but I wouldn't say there's been any noticeable difference to my skin since I switched to this from my previous cleanser but the packaging and ease of use definitely makes me more inclined to repurchase rather than go back to my old one.
