Perfect snack bag for child!
I use this for my child school snack bag. Her snack is late in the day, and this keeps her drink cold until then. Perfect size for capri sun and bag of chips. I could probably fit 3 capri suns and one bag of chips- just to give you an idea of the size. It comes with a gel like freezer bag to keep the items cold. The bag has a specific spot for it to go in so it doesn't sweat all over your stuff. I simply throw the whole thing in the freezer when my child gets home from school. Easy peasy. Wish I would've had this for my son when he was little.

For any Creighton ladies out there - this was excellent for transporting my progesterone
For any Creighton ladies out there - this was excellent for transporting my progesterone. I flew from Cincinnati to Washington, DC and had no issues! Kept it cold the entire flight! It comes with an ice/gel mat but I grabbed an extra one just in case. I ended up taking my second icepack out (it broke before going home) and it did just fine with the single pack. :)

Great for baby food
I use this pouch to hold food pouches for my toddler and it works great in the diaper bag. It is the perfect size for 3 pouches and a freezer cube. You can also take it easily on an airplane to keep baby food cold. I highly recommend it!

Decent insulation; Fits larger medications.
I got this for medication that needed to be kept cool. I used it for an international trip and it did the trick. The "medication cooler bags" that are popular did not fit the injectables I was prescribed. The reusable ice pack that fit was perfect. It kept my medication cool for at least 8 hours. It is not as water resistant as other cooler bags that are lined with the grey water-proof/silver foil material, but it worked OK. The bag was a little damp after the ice pack melted, but in general it was the only lightweight, slim solution I could find. It would be even better if lined with the silver foil or more insulation like even a cheap supermarket reusable freezer bag. I'm sure this is perfect for a lunch/snack when longer periods of cooling aren't needed.

Small, convenient, and perfect for plane travel
Got through TSA fine. I needed to fly with medicine that must be kept cool, and also a patty of my dog's raw food. The cold pack lasted about 8 hours, which was long enough for us to get where we were going with these items in tact. I got the pink one and it's so bright, I'd never lose it or leave it behind in a hotel. Recommended!

Great for breastmilk bags!
I purchased this pouch to store bags of breast milk for work pumping and travel. I love the ice pack, and that it has a desperate divider to keep the ice pack in place! Fits my Medela brand breastmilk bags well, so I’m sure most other brand bags will work as well.

Arrived late & smaller size than advertised. We'll see ...
Arrived late & smaller size than advertised. We'll see how performance is on my plane trip keeping my medication at the proper temperature.Update: This did not keep my medication within the 36* - 46* range for my plane ride from Florida to California. My medication reached 60* by the end of the flight. That was with me including my own second ice pack. The ice was completely melted. That tells me that the neoprene material does not give adequate insulation.

great
bought this for my daughters xtra insulin that she can keep at school. works wonderful. nice thick lining keeps the items cold as well as a pocket for the ice pack to make items inside not directly to cold.
