Really nice food for my Burmese cat. He is 16 and has stage two kidney disease, out of the four stages, and he has become very fussy. He had to have six teeth removed a few months ago, and he goes in again next week for another ten out, so has been in pain for a while. This food is the only one he will eat. I tried all the other top brands and he didnt like them at all. Really worth a try. Im glad I did. So is my cat!

Bought to try for an incredibly fussy cat as vet recommended for health issues. My cat did eventually eat this one after a lot of encouragement. All in all I can say that this is one that is definitely worth trying. If your cat needs specific dietary foods it is best to only by a small amount for your cat to try first.

I bought this renal cat food because my cat has kidney problems but unfortunately she did not like the taste but the product very good it probably will be ok for other cats my cat is very fussy but good price good service I would recommend this seller

I was really optimistic as food smelt really nice , but it was a bit sloppy and cat not interested.

Our 21 year old cat needed to move to a renal diet. We bought a taster pack containing various brands (these were not included) and settled on the Calibra veterinary renal tins. However, these only came in a single flavour (chicken) and we needed something else to ring the changes so that the cat did not go off the Calibra. The Beaphar in duck and salmon was ideal. She really tucked in to both flavours. Some of the other renal food was almost sticky in its consistency but the Beaphar had some juice/gravy and the cat thoroughly enjoyed it. Sadly she passed away a week ago but for a cat whose appetite had otherwise been on the wane she thoroughly enjoyed these. For ordering and delivery Amazon we’re as efficient as ever.

All the cats love chicken, got this for our baby who was having kidney issues but she wouldn't touch it, tried it on the other cat he spat it out, even gave it to the stray who visits us & she wouldn't touch it which is surprising because she gratefully eats anything & everything. Expensive to say I couldn't even give it away

I ordered 6 packet of Beaphar renal food for my poorly cat 2 duck 2 chicken and 2 salmon I received 6 duck which was not what I ordered he needs different flavours to tempt to eat . Apparently I cannot return the 4 packets of duck that I did not order What a waste of money I can’t feed my other cat with them because she hasn’t got kidney problems.

Thank God for this food!! My 16 yr old cat wouldn't eat Royal Canin renal food, nor Purina Renal.. But tried this one last week, she ate some...I was happy that at least she ate some renal food! Today, a week later, she ate entire tray in one go!!!!! I am over the moon, as she is only 2.3 kg, she lost appetite and lost lots of weight, yet seeing her eat well has now given me so much hope!!
