The principles are clear, practical, and inspiring—perfect for anyone looking to improve concentration and productivity in today’s distraction-filled world. It’s a great reminder to stay intentional with time and energy. Definitely a book I’ll revisit often.

Good self help book for those who struggle to focus on anything. Be it professional work, involved or uninvolved work. Good techniques laid out to avoid screen time, priority, importance etc. + Nicely categorized and sequenced - The font is too small for eyes. Have to keep it close to the eyes - Tamil translation is good at some point and quite hard to understand some over few context. The author seems tried to convert the exact english word. Could have been better. Overall, good book.

This is one of must read books. I really enjoyed and got lot of lessons for self development from this book....
