The book is great.

A beautifully presented book which I will treasure. I was pleasantly surprised that it contains some attractive recipes without being too fancy. I have only tried one recipe to date - the lemon drizzle loaves. I was not disappointed and people who have eaten them have been very complementary.

The photography in this book is outstanding, so says the professional photographer in my family and I agree wholeheartedly. The main issue, of course, is the recipes and they are mouthwatering and tasty. Nice to know we are making and eating what the royal family eats. A lovely book, well priced and would suit anyone who likes to bake. A nice present to give with specialist tea or coffee.

An excellent book, entertaining, interesting and informative.

It is a beautifully crafted book with the beginning telling all about the royals. However, I’m not sure the recipes are any good for me. There are a few that I might try but, it’s about very high-brow dinners that I definitely will never attempt. I think it’s a book of beauty but with very little body in it.

Recipe book for my daughter who loves baking and as such loves this book.

Nice combination of lovely pictures, a bit of history, and grand recipes, some of which are more work than a little something lovely to serve your tea party friends.

It is an interesting small-sized book with many simple, yet delightful recipes. Beautiful colourful photos. It makes a perfect gift for tea and British tradition lovers.
