Voyageur Leigh Backpack/Tote Black/Gunmetal One Size

Love this bag! It’s high-end (but low-key) luxury. It’s perfect for work where an LV bag is a little too obnoxious for an executive to be sporting. Perfect size, sleek material and functionality. Love the hide away spot for your phone and clip inside front pocket to snap my airpods. Spot for my laptop in back and iPad inside. The handle is a huge plus. It’s petite and super light.. exactly what I was looking for.

The Leigh backpack is the bag I never knew I was missing. It is sleek, stylish, and roomy enough to carry two 13 inch laptops, a wallet, cosmetics case, sunglasses, readers, a travelers notebook, a water bottle, a handful of pens, and a book! And that's not including the super roomy front pockets (there are two!). I have taken this little wonder on two flights, and it fit perfectly on top of my carry-on bag. It's comfortable as a backpack, as a sling bag using one backpack strap, and as a shoulder bag using the top handle. I love it so much I bought Leigh's counterpart Liv.

I have purchased Tumi in the past and loved it. I had high hopes for this bag to be an everyday work bag and a potential travel bag. The nylon is strong, smooth, and durable. The material is great. However, there is extremely limited structure to the bag, so any weight put in it rests just at the bottom and can make it a little awkward when carried on the back. The front 2 pockets are nice, and so is the top carry handle. However, the backpack straps were slightly too long for me (I am 5'6", ~145#) in the shortest setting - this makes any heavier weight in the bag more uncomfortable. Additionally, the backpack straps don't have anywhere to tuck away and are not removable should you want to carry them by the top handle. It would have been nice for the straps to be fully removable or have an easy stowing option. The most annoying is the water bottle holder inside. The good thing about the water bottle holder is that it has magnets, so when not in use, it can "stick" to the side and not get in the way. But, if you want to use it, you can really only fit a child's water bottle in it. With that in mind, it is unusable for typical adult reusable bottles. The actual size of the bag is great. I like the separate compartment for the laptop. For this price point, I just wanted it to be more.

I received this item today and it is clearly used as you can see in the photos. This is so disappointing because I have never spent this much money on a bag and was really looking forward to getting a Tumi item. I would appreciate a response to rectify the situation.

I love this backpack. Normally, I carry designer bags and wear suits, and this finish is elegant, but understated. Perfect for a senior level business woman or executive. Can be dressed up or down. Very comfortable for carrying a laptop on a commute. I can already tell it will do great on a flight, and it has the strap to hook on your suitcase handle. Does well in the rain. Has really saved my back!
