Is the face cradle adjustable up and down or just in and out?

You can adjust the face cradle in different positions....I an very pleased with this massage table

Dear Esther, The Master massage table arrives fully assembled and is folded for portable use, immediate opening of the hinges and easy setup in about 8 to 11 minutes. If assembly or customizing is to be done, it is with the head/neck cradling support that is held underneath the table and needs to be inserted into the set of ports located at either of both ends of the table. The head/neck cradle is usually adjusted by me for each unique person being massaged. This mechanism is light and strong. Remember, a padded Forearm support shelf is attachable to the head/neck cradle so that the arms can be gently and securely supported when a client is facedown and allowing their arms to neatly cross in a resting mode -- all supported by the padded shelf. I learned to have my client position their shoulders and upper arms over the head-ward edge of the table so that the buckle brackets do not press into the skin of the upper arms when resting. The buckle bracket is not at all dangerous, but can make a mark on the skin of the upper arm that swiftly goes away in people with healthy circulation. Since modern people are notorious for terrible circulation, a pressure mark may last longer in duration in those who have degraded their circulatory system and the skin.The unfolding and righting of the table is easy as it is light, very strong and solidly stabilized. I am short at 5 foot 6 inches height and 140 pounds. Opening the table on the carpeted floor or on a hard floor protected by a sheet is an easy step. The tension cables underneath the table help open the table for proper use. Read the manual BEFORE opening the table for the first time. The carrying bag and hefty shoulder strap were also included in my shipping box along with a highly padded bolster cushion used under the back of the knees and other positions to relax the joint when working the muscles.The table is extraordinary in its comfort and easy maintenance. The portability and solid stability makes me very happy to have purchased this table design from a proven designer and manufacturer. Do avgerage length massage sheet sets of 30”w by 76” L stretch to fit this bed?

Company is out of Chicago but says made in China but I love this table. My first table had for 10 yrs and was still in great shape. I moved to FL in 08. I went through 6 tables before this one and this is a quality, sturdy, thick padded, comfortable, great constructed and best table of all of them. Had for almost a year and all the others in past 7 yrs lasted a yr or less.
