DO NOT BUY IT!! It has electricity in the whole body, risk of fatality due to electric shock
I was out of country and after returning yesterday, was excited to use your product. To my disappointment, I found out that this product is unusable as it shows presence of electricity throughout the body which can be fatal for anyone due to electricity shock. I would like to return the product and want full refund. I have not used it even once and I can send u pic as proof if needed. Thanks!

Risky as it is heavy wattage.
The package was little bit holes when received. We thought maybe the product would not be affected. But a dent was there on the outside tray and inside steel tray. User manual was also not there. Keeping that aside we tested it with some veggies. Performance wise it is good. Auto switch off mode was done depending on the temperature. But the steel tray was light weighted and became stained very easily. Wire and plug was too heated. So turned off immediately. The stains on the tray were not able to remove them. A slight film of some plastic coat was ditected after wash. Needed to have a good wiring in the house as it is 2000 wattage device. Not able to take the risk with power, i am returning the item otherwise the product is very good.

Nice product
The media could not be loaded. This is a very nice barbeque at this budget. Heats up quickly, very easy to clean as the grill and drip tray are easily removable. Temperature control knob works accurately. It's a highly recommended product for anyone who loves barbeque.

Compact and convenient
The media could not be loaded. Product is good at this price and works fine. I tried to to make chicken tikka and its works fine with proper heating. Its good for light party mood
