Had to replace the older version of this tankless hot water heater, there was not problem using the original exhaust that was on the old one. We have well water and if we would have done the maintenance, it would probably still be working.

I didn't rate technical support or ease of installation, because the gas company was paid to install it. Also, the temperature is defaulted at a max of 120 degrees Fahrenheit, but you can adjust it to 140 degrees Fahrenheit after following a YouTube video.
