So I had bought a Sunny Mini Elliptical bike to have something to use in bad weather at home. But -- and look out for this if you are looking at those -- it's a great little mini elliptical -- but it moves all over the place. 2,000 reviews and only a couple people mentioned that. What the heck. So I bought this bike mat, took one look at it and thought it looks too slick and shiny and I didn't think it would work. Set it up, plopped the mini elliptical on it, and walla -- for whatever reason, it doesn't move! And I don't have to either send it back or stop all the time and readjust it. It makes my new equipment usable. I love it! And it's a heavy duty thing. Plus when I leave the room and walk on it, it doesn't have one of those cheap rubbery surfaces where you might catch your shoes and trip over it. None of that. Very much recommend.

This mat is perfect for putting on the rug under our tread mill to protect the fabric. It's a well made product at a good price. The thickness is enough to protect without being too bulky.

I purchased this item to place under a small home treadmill. It fit perfectly into my small space, is a good value for the money, was very stable, and functional. It was easy to unroll, but I would suggest laying it out flat 24 hours before you are ready to use it. It worked perfectly when I did that.
