My ride-or-die vitamin C - effective, gentle, and consistently great
This is one of those products I keep coming back to and have repurchased monthly for years. Timeless Vitamin C has been a staple in my routine for a long time, and it is one of the main reasons my skin stays bright and even. The formula is straightforward and effective - 20% L-ascorbic acid with vitamin E and ferulic acid, no fragrance, no unnecessary fillers. The serum texture is very pleasant and lightweight, absorbs quickly, and layers well under the rest of my morning skincare and sunscreen. I’ve never experienced stinging, irritation, or sensitivity with this, even though my skin can be reactive if a vitamin C formula is poorly done. With consistent use, my skin looks clearer, more even-toned, and overall healthier. It helps keep post-acne marks from lingering and gives a noticeable brightness without feeling harsh or drying. A little goes a long way, and I appreciate that the ingredient list stays focused on proven actives rather than marketing extras. For reference, I have fair skin that is generally normal but leans dry in the winter, with a history of acne. I also use azelaic acid, retinoids, peptides, and hydrating serums in my routine, and this vitamin C plays very nicely with everything. If you’re looking for a no-nonsense, effective vitamin C that actually delivers results, this one has earned its permanent spot in my routine.

Love
Love how smooth this glides on. Leaves skin refreshed and moist. Nice and lightweight. Absorbs beautifully. Great value.

Best C serum I have tried
I’m on my fourth bottle. I have tried several other brands but they oxidize quickly. The pump keeps oxygen from getting in which slows any oxidation. It works well and fades my brown spots beautifully. It also gives me a wonderful glow even after a freshly cleansed face. It has all the important ingredients without the insane price. Love it!

Great Vitamin C, but the packaging needs improvement
This is honestly one of the best Vitamin C serums I’ve tried so far. It feels light, absorbs quickly, and I’ve noticed real improvements in my skin. However, the packaging is not practical. It doesn’t come with a dropper, and the oil comes out with too much pressure, causing it to spill everywhere. If I apply it directly to my face, it runs into my eyes, and if I pour it into my hand, a lot of product is wasted because it squeezes out too fast. I definitely recommend switching the bottle to a dropper design to help prevent product loss. That’s the only thing that would make me think twice before repurchasing.

Good vitamin C serum for daily use.
“I've been using this vitamin C serum for several weeks and I've really liked it. The texture is light, it absorbs quickly, and it doesn't leave my skin feeling sticky. My skin looks brighter and has a more even tone. It hasn't caused any irritation, even though I have sensitive skin. The packaging is practical, and a little goes a long way. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it for a daily routine.”

Better than Paula's Choice, The Ordinary and Derma E! Doesn't compromise skin barrier!!
I haven't written a ton of reviews but this product is worth writing one! I have tried different vitamin C products over the years and learned about this one from the Skincare subreddit and it does not disappoint! It's true it does have a bit of a smell that I'm not fond of but the results are honestly worth it. I also use Tretinoin 0.1% every other night and I alternate using this in between nights and I've seen a big difference in my skin. I also will use it in the mornings sometimes if I'm not going to be outside a ton since sunlight can degrade the efficacy of vit c. I sandwich it in between my CorsX Snail Mucin and my moisturizer before sunscreen and it really does give me a noticeable glow! It's a little watery but it absorbs quickly and the smell goes away pretty fast which is why I can get behind it. I've tried Derma E, TruSkin (NEVER AGAIN) The Ordinary, and Paula's Choice and this has by far been my favorite because of the price point and efficacy. It doesn't have as high of a concentration as other brands and does take time to work but because I also use a plethora of other serums I don't mind a lower concentration because it doesn't compromise my skin barrier. 10/10 would recommend!

20% vs 15% Is Significant
Pic #2 - With my normal routine using SkinCeuticals of 6~ mo and Makeup Pic #1 - Using the timeless Vitamin C for like 2wks and Makeup So I normally use the SkinCeuticals Vitamin C (I buy mine off Ebay cause ain’t nobody got $180 to spend on 1oz of product) but ran out before I could order more and read this was a similar dupe for it. I’ve used at least 4 bottles of the SkinCeuticals, so I would say my skin is pretty used to the actives. This felt nice on my skin the first couple of days, but after about 2 weeks of using, my skin became dry with my fine lines around my eyes becoming so much more pronounced despite stopping the application on my cheeks. I do lean more on the dry skin side, but the SkinCeuticals formula does not dry me out in the same way. The big difference is that this is 20% vs the 15% my skin is used to, so I’m sure that plays a role in it. However - the scent is more pungent in a chemically way compared to SkinCeuticals and actually stings my skin if I have popped a pimple or itched my face during the day. I’m now basically doing skin barrier recovery and waiting for my SkinCeuticals order to be delivered, but might keep this handy for short term emergency situations.

Good vit c serum
This stuff definitely brightens up my skin, but then I feel like it gets sick of it. It’s like I can’t use it consistently or my skin gets annoyed. It is definitely not the easiest to apply because it’s liquid, but all the vitamin c serums I’ve used are the same consistency. I really do like the product overall and think it’s a good price.

I use it underneath my sunscreen where it augments it and makes it more potent. Face stings slightly but that means its working. Use only a few drops, 4-5 drops daily and finish within 3 months. You have to maintain this regimen. Lots of dermatologist who blog recommend using vitamin c and e serum. There is one by skinceuticals but thats really expensive. I got to know about timeless serum from a reputed skincare blog the future derm where it was recommended for its benefits.

I think that it's work on protecting my skin against the strong ultraviolet light. I can't stop buying it again.

If the serum is not clear in color - do not use it! It is not effective and will cause irritation.
