Horrible experience with Nilkamal, wify and amazon customer service
They send damaged items. And on requesting return, first time a person came and said it's a big item and their tempo is small so they can't take it. The second time a person said he expected a small item return and he's alone so he can't return it. I've had 20+ calls with customer care about the damaged items, assembly attempts, and return but still my issue isn't resolved. Horrible experience

Bakwas type of product… totally waste nilkamal product. Took it because of brand and that brand made me look like a 🤡🃏…it came in pieces and installation is not supported in our region.. if installation is not supported then plz do not sell ia products in our region. Installation is paid by ourselves..And there is no return policy. Amazon please stop selling these kind of low quality products

No Installation, Damaged Product
I recieved this item on 3rd of Aug and it's been already 2 weeks and there's no one at the door for installing the product. Due to frustration I openned the package only to see a broken mirror of the product. Please reactify this issue, it's my hard earned 25k spent into this and I want my money or the product in well condition at the earliest.
