Performance, Quality, Comfort & Value In a Great Package!
Overall: I would recommend these beautiful cans to anyone looking for something that knocks the mid range headphone game out the park with a mid range budget as you cannot go wrong with these for so many reasons, my only gripe and it's small, is that I would have liked these to adjust to be a little bit more wider due to my large head and ears but after an okay amount of use I feel that these will be okay for long period of time and I am most delighted to be keeping these for the foreseeable. Connectivity & Setup: Connecting to these with my Android (Honor Magic 6 Pro) was absolutely beautiful, not sure if it's due to the Google fast pair feature it has but a pop up with a picture of these cans saying it will connect to my device and Google account appeared and one button press and presto. I downloaded the app and had a plethora of options, to activate the multipoint feature, LDAC, safe volume mode and etc. Build Quality & Comfort: The build quality feels and looks premium, I ordered the Black model and it has a soft smooth black appearance with the metallic parts around the outer earcups giving a dark blackish purple look that the product photo doesn't show and I quite like it. The soft padding is a great welcome to comfort and does extend to allow me to wear and use these. I will say however that my head and ears are quite large and it does give me the slight niggling impression of a small (like 4%) discomfort, either due to my ears being to large (although they do fit inside the ear cups or due to it not extending just that little bit more which would probably help with any extra added potential pressure, I've only just got them and have worn them non stop for 1hr and what I have felt hasn't increased in the sightest which is a great sign, maybe for me I just need to reposition, but for people with smaller heads will be absolutely fine. Sound Quality: These sound absolutely phenomenal, the only word I can say to capture what these provide at such a great price, I wasn't sure on how these would be as I've never heard of this brand before and was going to either buy the Sennheiser Accentum Plus or Space One Pro but I am very very thankful that this wasn't a mistake especially with the 15% off discount that just sealed the deal. I have set these to LDAC 96kHz after swapping between LDAC 48/44.1kHz and no LDAC to see the differences and I did lean more into the highest LDAC option, not sure if I need to make sure the music is also of a quality best suited to the headphones but I am very impressed. Mic Quality: These are the first headphones I've owed where the Mic Quality feels on par if not better than my phone mic quality, did some testing and playback via WhatsApp voice recording as I do voice notes and calls a lot and need something that works and these not only work but far excceded my expectations, the experience is astounding, I could hear absolutely 0 background noise during playback and I sounded so absolutely clear. I also played it back on two different Phones and both results came back as impressed and positive. ANC, Ambient Features: The ANC on this really does a tremendous job in blocking out noise, and the Ambient Mode is absolutely incredible, in Ambient Mode I could hear and whole conversation in front of me as if I weren't wearing something blocking my entire ears. I have 5 options to choose from: High Noise Cancellation, Low Noise Cancellation, Wind Reduction, Ambient Noise and ANC off which I can switch between ANC on/off & Ambient with the press off a button via the headphones or change to each option via the app widget or notification bar due to the great app integration. Review after 3 months of use: So far everything above I've mentioned hasn't changed I still have an incredibly joyful experience however I've noticed one particular issue which I've experienced on a rare occasion for the last month a couple updates ago where the headset voice is quiet when turning on, there's no sound giving the impression that the headset is off, yet my devices can still connect to it. I'm then unable to turn it off and the only solution is to quickly plug it into a USB cable as if to charge it, then quickly unplug it and when pressing the on button the voice appears and it works as expected. A easy fix but a bit of an annoyance if you're out and about and don't have a usb cable, portable charger/plug to remedy the issue, otherwise it's perfect.

The absolute best pick at this price-point! Unbeatable.
I've been using these headphones for little over a week now, and I have some thoughts, including some criticisms, but the TL;DR is that these headphones are an absolute steal for the price-to-performance proposition. Let's start with where I've come from, the expensive elephant in the room so to speak. The Sony WH-1000X series from XM2 to XM5. I'm seasoned with the higher-end when it comes to Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), and while the Edifier's don't quite match-up to those units, they still offer a completely surprising and quite refreshing noise-cancelling experience for the price, I'd say reaching around 80% of the ANC performance of their Sony counterparts. This came as a complete surprise to me, and I have a feeling it won't be long before the midrange category are nipping at the heels of the bigger players in the industry. Sound quality is where I was completely blown-away, and the breadth of customisation that Edifier provide in the companion app is absolutely fantastic. When left in the default "Dynamic" setting, the headphones have a noticeable v-shaped sound, putting strong emphasis on clarity with the high-range, suppressing the mids to a manageable level, while accentuating the bass to give a sort-of pseudo sub-bass that is sure to please keen bass-lovers. EDM, hip-hop, and rock titles are amongst my music preferences, and these headphones easily breezed through every single track with a pleasant sound, while sometimes being a little sharp for my ears on the high end, this was easily manageable through the app, and I'd encourage any owner to download Edifier Connect and tune these cans to your liking for the best experience, trust me, you won't be disappointed. The build quality is, for lack of a better word, fine. You can see the cost-saving measures in manufacturing at work here, but this doesn't affect the wearing experience at all, in fact they're very comfortable to wear for long periods of time, and I found myself only starting to fatigue after about 4 hours of constant listening, but this is my limit for most headphones, so your mileage may vary. Overall, these headphones are easy to recommend. The noise-cancelling performance is great, sound quality is awesome, and the comfort is spot-on. All of these categories are an easy win for the price, blowing Soundcore and similar budget-friendly alternatives right out of the water easily. So, should you Avoid, Shortlist, or go right ahead and buy? I think you should absolutely go right ahead and buy them, if you're searching around this price-point and have managed to avoid all of the up-sell sponsored spots from Sony and Bose, you'll love these headphones and they'll quickly become an EDC for you!

Super comfortable but beware of bluetooth quality
I bought a pair of these as a pair of affordable headphones for wearing out and about. I have to say they are one of the most comfortable pairs of headphones I've ever worn. They also look pretty good, and care has gone into the industrial design. The Bluetooth sound quality is decent enough on Android, thanks to LDAC. However.... Apple's AAC codec is not supported. This means that using the headphones on an MacBook / iPad / iPhone in bluetooth mode will result on slightly noticable lower sound quality. Connected to those devices with the cable will solve the problem. Aside from that, the headphone's build quality is decent, it comes with all the standard accessories. The App is okay, but not really necessary. All in all, a worthy pair of headphones for the price.

Good ones.
Noise cancellation is hit and miss but battery is out of this world. "Sound stage" is not big but sound quality and equaliser in the app is great. Again battery outstanding. 8.5 out of 10? Great for commute, I'm using lately as main ones too. Seriously great build quality, good case included (and cables needed). Bluetooth and jack. So easy to use I'm gonne get ones for my mum (65). Recommended.

Excellent headphones with great noise cancellation
(Disclaimer: I own multiple Edifier products. I try to be as unbiased as possible but but I down multiple multiple bits of Edifier audio equipment (speakers, earphones and headphones) and do have some favour to the brand due my experiences with them but have attempted to make my review as unbiased as possible) Bought them during prime day so got discounted to £110. I've always had some favour for edifier products due to my previous experience and how well they've worked for me. They sit comfortably on my head, the padding for the headband is soft and comfortable and the adjustment can be suited to all head shapes. I tend to wear a baseball cap regularly and they fit over that fine and are very comfortable. The sound quality is excellent. I can't speak from experience with other brands though. The connection is stable and has good range, I do regularly leave my phone around the house so having good range in important. I also use them in the office and have no interference or issues with range when going to make a drink. The battery life is very good, longer if you don't need to use the ANC. They also come with a cable that can be plugged in to your device should you run out of power but still need them. In the couple months I've owned them they've performed very well. I've had no issues and am considering buying pairs for my wife. Extras: these headphones can make your ears hot after a while.

Best ANC headphones under £200
So I bought and returned the Sony XM5 and the Soundcore Q45. I also own a Beats Studio 3 from 2017 and wanted to upgrade from there. These (Edifier) are the ones I’m keeping. Much better sound and somewhat better ANC than Souncore q45 at ~£100, granted at ~£150 the Edifiers are more expensive, but also a more worthwhile and long-term purchase you wont regret. These also do a better job with clearing your voice from a noisy background during calls and have a great mic. Q45s do have more ‘physical’ bass than these but only with the bass on EQ turned up and the extra bass mode on. Without that, the Q45s sound like a £30-40 tinny headphone pair imo. These also have a better seal with my large ears and unlike both the Sonys and the Q45s, I can actually wear them for hours at a time. They also feel much better and more premium and fit sleeker and closer to your head/less wide than the soundcores. The Sonys do have slightly better sound, mic and ANC but cost double or more and can’t fold, have a massive case and are less comfortable on both my ears and head. Big win for Edifier as they more than hit the sweet spot for good value. All 3 apps are alright, Sony’s app can do more stuff and all 3 multipoint connections work, most of the time, with some issues with my work laptop. The Sony’s freaked out with work laptop and their mic never worked on there. Highly recommend these.

Great ANC, Poor battery life
I use these while I work. With the multipoint connection, I can listen to music on my phone then cut straight across to a Teams call on my laptop if a colleague tries to call. They feel of good quality, they fit well and are comfortable to wear all day. The noise cancelling is great - I'd say even better than my old Sony WH-1000MX3s. I don't really use the control buttons, other than to power on/off. The Edifier Connect app on my phone is easy to use The downside is the battery life. I just use them in office hours, and they tend to last just two full working days before needing a recharge. I have other headphones with much better battery life, but none surpass the noise cancelling of these, which is on par with headphones twice the price

Lasted a full round of Scarlet Fire with surprising results :)
I'm not much of an audiophile. I can't in exacting detail tell you what is "wrong" with a pair of headphones when I say they don't sound good. Thankfully Dankpods on youtube is fun to watch and actually surprisingly informative about sound quality with headphones, and so when I was looking for a good pair of bluetooth headphones for my friend, I decided to try them out first. I have another brand of headphones which somehow have apparently ceased to exist on amazon, but I thought they were pretty good. These absolutely blow them out of the water. To explain, as best I can, third hand, headphones pretty much usually give you "richer, fuller sound" by just amplifying the bass a lot, which tends to drown out the top end/treble (hi-hats and piano and all the tinkly little noises), and the mid-range sounds (like vocals and other instruments) to do that. This means that sure it SOUNDS beefier, but you're losing a lot of the actual melody and character. A fully "flat" profile for headphones is perfectly balanced across the board, but again, isn't necessarily what you want for your ears. This is why equaliser settings are accessable on most music players, so you can tweak as necessary. However, these headphones in particular managed to, even at max volume, play Scarlet Fire by Otis McDonald at high volume for the whole song, and not only was the bass nice and rich, I could still make out all the treble and mids with crystal clarity, without anything sounding "flat". Beautiful rich sound, no crackling or muddiness. Further to this, they are EXCEPTIONALLY comfortable to wear for long periods. The construction feels sturdy as well, and they're not so heavy that they weigh down on your head. The earpads feel like fantastic quality, and their battery life so far is exceptional, and I don't think we've had to charge them at all yet. Finally, they are exceptionally good value for money because with all this quality, you'd expect a big price, but the cost is exceptionally reasonable. Definitely a brand to look out for!
