Easy to assemble and use. Did a great job on our porcelain tiled kitchen floor. Haven’t used the attachments yet but feel confident it’ll work well.

Fantastic mop. Extremely easy to use and even though you think your floors are clean, it picked up considerable dirt on the steam head.

I opted for this model as I had borrowed one previously to try before I bought.it’s easy to assemble,has various cloths for various jobs including one for garments one for windows one for floors and carpets included was a free sachet of descaler. The chord was extra long which is a plus as so many Electrical items come with a shorter chord.i found that setting 2 was enough for my lino floor as I think any higher would have been too powerful and could distort it,be careful with wood flooring especially laminate if there’s any gaps as steam gets right under and again can damage it. The only thing I think it may be a bit heavy for doing windows and not yet tried it as it only came today.Yesterday I washed all my floors which are lino or laminate and have been at work all day and live alone apart from my cat ,I used the steamer as soon as It arrived and could not believe how dirty the cloth was .reason I got this steamer was I have Arthiritis all over especially my spine and hips and wanted to do away with the heavy mop bucket when filled with water and also the need for not using chemicals anymore ,steam is much better although I will still wash my floors I will mainly use this especially having a cat and a Grandchild that is like a human hoover he’s 15 months old and pick everything off the floor and straight in his mouth.The steamer left no streaks on my floor so imagine it will leave windows streak free too and mirrors.Reading some of the reviews people have said it does not stand up on its own..it does you push it forward away from you and it clicks into place although I couldn’t see anywhere in the instructions that told you this,you then put your foot on the front and pull it back to unlock it.The reason I am giving it 4 stars is the water tank which holds 400 ml of water but you only get about 10 minutes of steaming and then it needs refilling ,I like the head of the mop too as it swivels and has a point so you get in all the corners.would recommend this to anyone.You can buy extra cloths too from Amazon or Thane which is the supplier

So pleased with this so versatile

This steamer gives advice and starter to prevent limescale build up , which all steamers suffer from but few give such help , to prevent it destroying the machine. It says use tap water but the machine will last longer I suspect if you used boiled or bought steamer water. I lost my first H2OX5 to limescale so looking after this to prevent it happening. Such a good product if instructions followed.

Really good steamer although is bit heavy when using hand steamer

This is my 2nd. The first one died after many years of sanitising hard floors, hobs, sinks, baths, showers etc I also have used it on carpet but not recently as that tends to be a summer job.

So disappointed with this . I think mine was faulty so I returned it . It literally steamed for 20- 30 seconds then stopped , went silent for 30 seconds and then started to heat again . It was taking so long to clean my carpet I gave up!

This is a really good machine cleans the floor really well I’ve used it on my soft cushions furnishing just the Job. Very pleased.

This product is amazing, I haven’t cleaned the stove top in 9 months and this literally melted the grease. I have always hated cleaning but this feels like a toy so I am having fun. I haven’t used all the attachments yet and this was the second time I used it. Also use it on the highest power ( level 4) for the best effect

بصراحة كنت مترددة كتير اني اشتريها وبكتب الريفيو ده علشان لو حد متردد هي كأستخدام بتأدي الوظائف بنسبة ٧٠% يعني بتكوي الملابس الخفيفة ، التنظيف بالبخار بياخد وقت مش من اول مرة وبتكون ماسك الجهاز في ايدك فبيكون مش مريح لانه مش خفيف أكن كل ده مش مشكلة المشكلة ان الخرطوم باظ من اول استخدام بقي بينقط مياه ومكان اليد بيسان جدا لا يمكن تتحمله الكلام ده من اول يوم وتك التواصل مع البائع رد في الأول انه هيتم ارسال خرطوم آخر وبعدها لم يرد ومش هقدر ارجعها لاني استخدمتها وقطع القماش استخدمت ودورت علي النت علي قطع غيار لها لم أجد حرام حد يضيع فلوسه علي الارض بصراحة ده باظ اول يوم والله اعلم باقي القطع هيحصل لها ايه مع الاستخدام
