I purchased this for my mom, and almost got myself one at the same time since it's pretty inexpensive. Kind of really wish I had, but I live alone and this is much much better to use with two people. That's not really due to the product, that's just because some places are hard to reach. The massager is not difficult to hold, but I do wish the base was a little rounder or more comfortable. It's held up great through its use, but we don't use any oils or creams with it which could affect it over time. I don't know what weird magic is in this, but it is splendid. If you can get someone to run it up and down your back muscles, you will probably fall right asleep. It's a very simple contraption, but very effective. It feels soothing to the muscles and really helps relax them. My mother and I both have chronic pain issues, and this has been a great tool for pain relief. I wish they had a smaller version I could use for my hands! It's a little too large for neck pain as well, and probably foot pain, but it's effective for virtually everywhere else. It's especially great for sparing your hands if you want to give someone a back massage or whatever for longer than 3 seconds, but you have sad, pathetic hands like myself. Now no one gets tired hands!

I wasn’t sure what to think when I got this product, I was just hoping for something more intense to relieve my knots. I have a high quality massage gun which is good but I needed more. This thing did the trick! It works so good and I’m so pleased with it. So easy to use and made my back feel so good. So much pain relief and it’s good quality and durable.

I got this for my upper back and shoulders after WFH during quarantine in a not-so-ergonomic chair. I have my partner help me and it helps with the knots in my muscles. I wouldn't go as far to say it's a huge help, but it aids in my pain relief (along with getting up from my computer to walk and stretch throughout the day). I would recommend it if you can't get to, or don't want to go to a chiropractor/massage therapist.

I rarely leave reviews on anything, but less than 24 hours after receiving this I felt the absolute need to. I suffer from extreme tightness and tension in my shoulders and upper back due to my anxiety disorder. My significant other would attempt to give me massages, I’d soak in a hot bath for an hour, yet nothing seemed to really relieve the tension and I certainly can’t afford to go to the spa regularly. Upon opening this, my significant other used it on my shoulders and upper back and the knots instantly began to ease up. My muscles were able to relax for once. I don’t know what it is about this thing that’s so special, but it’s the best money I’ve spent in years. You can use it all over your body and it feels like a deep tissue massage. It will get rid of tightness you didn’t even know you had. To say this is a miracle is an understatement. Sure, the relief doesn’t last permanently and you may need to use it a few times per day for continuous relief, but it’s well worth it in my book.

This massage ball is so-so. On the plus side, it is small, light weight, and very easy to hold and use. It works fairly well as a massager, and I like that the ball feels cool and smooth against my skin. On the con side, the ball does not roll that well and sometimes get stuck, and the plastic case is not very sturdy. But, it’s not very expensive so I suppose that’s to be expected.

We got this because our other one was starting to wear out and this was mind blowing, it works so great to get knots out, relieve sore muscles, help with tension and the quality is great. It works so well. You can bring it wherever and decide how much pressure you want

Recommend by my doctor. Very effective for sore muscles. Easy to hold in my small hand, durable & allows me to apply the correct firmness I need. Great design & can travel with me. I bought 3, one in my travel bag & one upstairs/downstairs.

So like other people said the plastic is super cheap but I don’t think that effects the actual use of the massager. It gets nice and deep in your tissue and feels really nice without having to push very hard at all. I also like that you can cool down the ball so you can have a soothing coolness to it. The ball looks super cool and honestly kinda looks like a stone you could display. I don’t know if I’d put lotion on it like they say you can because I can’t see a way that you could ever really get all the lotion out of the plastic part but I think essential oils would probably be fine to use with it. I feel like they could make it a little cheaper but I don’t regret buying it for the price I did. It’s a nice small deep tissue massager.

I think it works well enough when using it on yourself. The ball moves around well. It works much better when you use it on a partner or they use it on you. I would just put the price point at $10-15. There's no labeling on the product or packaging to suggest it is from a particular brand so I think you could get this one anywhere.

Most effective little massage ball ever. Bought this after my Doula recommended it for the birth. Of course giving birth is still very painful, but a lower back massage with this ball helped. Also helpful during pregnancy for hip problems, and postpartum, and generally just a great way to massage yourself or let others effortlessly massage you.
