Excellent product. I use this as the base for my dry ranch dressing mix. Great texture and taste.

Excellent. It is true that buttercream does get a hint of a vanilla ice cream taste with this powder mixed in. I do not detect a ‘sour’ taste of any kind. large bag, for buttercream, you do not need much. Excellent packaging with zip-loc for freshness
