These Nissin Stir Fry Noodles are tasty and super quick to prepare. The sweet chili flavor is good — not too spicy, not too sweet — and the noodles have a decent texture. My only gripe is the sauce could be a bit more flavorful and generous. Overall, a convenient snack or lunch, just not quite perfect. Still worth trying.

Although highly processed, it has good protein content, at 8 gm/ serving, and the sweet chile flavor is very good. I use high protein chicken bone broth in stead of water to punch up the nutrition. Only 4 minutes cook time for a high protein snack or quick meal.
