Decent! I've previously taken this brand's pure inositol supplement and decided to switch it up, can honestly say it does feel like it halts craving, surprisingly i also feel like it helped me quit drinking too? I just don't feel the over-consumption desire anymore. However, I'd like to add that i do take other vitamins & supplements too, but im happy to re-purchase as so feel a little difference for sure :)

Although I have only been taking these for 1 week I find they are making me more hungry and I have not seen any weight loss. Everyone is different though but for me they didn't work.

They help balance my hormones & blood sugar levels, helping me to say no to sugary stuff and to carbs. They also contain cayenne pepper which supports thermogenesis, heating the body and in turn burning those calories. Sea kelp, which contains iodine and can help contribute to a healthy metabolism. You take 2 capsules in the morning with food and then the same in the evening. Every little helps and these supplements are packed with the right stuff and are vegan and made in the UK.
