I cut this wheel in half and welded it on a small jib boom for routing 1/4 wire rope for the tension wires. Worked great for that. Loved the finish on it and the bearing seemed nice before I cut it in half. I may use some more of these for the winch side as well in the future.

WORKS GREAT

This is clearly solid steel. Has a nice weight to it. The bearing installed is not greasable but it is a sealed bearing. For the intended purpose and size of the item I did not really expect something like this to be greasable. Shaft in center is solid and thick. Rolls smoothly. Nice coating also, but typical zinc coating, should hold up for many years outside.
