Really like this product, it's not a magic bullet or anything like that but it really helps block out background noise in my very open plan house. Also love that it's portable. Only issue is I can only turn the night light on when the machine isn't plugged in, we leave ours plugged in all the time and for some reason the light won't turn on. It's no big deal just need to unplug turn the light on and then plug in again, it can just be a pain to do when holding a baby. But still worth the money.

I don't often write reviews but I wanted to share my experience with other sleep deprived parents. I think over the last year I have bought most white noise products on the market for my baby. We have Ewan the dream sheep, my hummy, lulla doll. None of these compare to this product! All of the others I have tried have failed as either the batteries run out in the middle of the night or a nap causing bubs to wake-up or they just aren't loud enough to block out other noises or they turn themselves off after a period of (usually when you need them most!). I was using my kindle with a white noise app playing during all naps and at night so I knew white noise definitely worked for my bubs. However, this meant I never had access to it when I needed it as it was always being used to play white noise. Also, it seems to be killing my battery because of so much heavy use - a very expensive white noise product! So, in the hopes of getting my kindle back I decided to try this product and it is a life saver!! I have it plugged in all night so there's no risk of the battery running down. The volume options are great as you can have it quite loud (obvs not too close to bubs ears!) and it really drowns out other noises. For daytime naps the battery doesn't run out as long as it's plugged in over night. It's also very portable as it's so small and can be hung on the pushchair whilst out and about. My bubs has just started nursery and was napping poorly without white noise so I take it in his bag and the staff love it as it's helping other kids get undisturbed naps too! If you know white noise works for your baby then this is definitely the one to buy - it'll soon pay for itself as it's fully rechargeable so you're not spending a fortune on batteries. Here's to more peaceful nights sleep for us all!

We’ve now had two of these and both have been faulty in the same way. The first lasted only 4 months before the battery life decreased to a matter of minutes, then it had another fault that stopped it turning off. Finally, all the buttons on it stopped working, meaning that unless it was plugged in constantly (making noise 24/7) it didn’t work. Marpac eventually agreed to send a replacement product (which arrived over a month after they agreed to send a replacement). Unfortunately the replacement has experienced exactly the same issues but in less than a month. It’s disgusting how such a simple, yet pricey, white noise machine has so many fatal flaws. Will not be buying again as can’t trust the build quality.

We bought this to soothe my son on long car journeys...unfortunately didn't work. However, great for when he's sleeping on his cot! It goes on and on until the power dies out which on one hand is great but on the other can be excessive...a timer would have been better I think. But I can't fault it, the sounds are soothing - particularly the sea waves. Also when its facing away from you, you can't really hear it which is great for the car when my.other child is watching a DVD. Good size, good volume range. Can't fault it.

I have bought at least 10 different brands of noise machines as we live in a very old victorian wooden home that every floorboard has it's own unique pop and creak sound that would disturb anyones sleep especially a lightsleeper like my son is! This machine unlike others does not only produce white noise but it also cancels noise, meaning when you have it on you can't hear voices, bangs, sirens, fireworks etc.. it really does cancel surrounding noises. We have been using it for just over a year now and had to recently buy a second one as my toddler threw it from 2 flights of stairs, it remained intact but the noise became muffled understandly so we re-purchased. It is tiny but mighty, perfect when you're on the go, it has a little clip that secures well. It also has a night light that actually lights up just enough for a night feed/wake without disturbing baby and allowing you to stay in half awake half sleepy mode. I cannot recommend this noise machine enough. It is more on the pricey side but you really do get so much out of it and it is one of the best if not the best on the market!

It would have been five stars but I find that sometimes it won’t turn on when the charger is plugged in. I have to take the charger out, press the on button and then plug the charger back in. That being said once it’s on, it’s a good product and has made for a great sleeping environment for my 6 month old daughter. I also have Ewan the dream sheep which I love but the white noise only last for 20 mins so I wish I had got this in the first place and saved myself some money.

I was quite sceptical about getting this one given the price but gave it a try looking at the reviews and I have to say I am not disappointed with its ability to keep external noise out of babies reach so he can sleep longer and better. And honestly, because I have it on the bedside crib, it’s right next to me and it has helped making my (a new mum’s) sleep quite deep too! An added plus! Before I bought it I was playing womb noises from phone which was a mix of heartbeat and other pink noise so I wasn’t sure the static (non heartbeaty) sound will help but it did.. Pros - helps sleep better, keeps external noise out, love that it’s usb charger and charges fast and lasts long enough (we charge once in 2 days and never run out of battery). I also liked the size and the way it looks. Cons - honestly, I still think it’s expensive for what it is. Also, the recommended white noise level for babies is 50db and this goes upto 80db I think so the sound volume to keep is a guesswork, not ideal..

I have a new habit of sleeping in white noise and this Totally works , change it every alternate night to make it work for 8-10 hours a night

Semplice, intuitivo, e ricarica che dura più “passeggiate”. Lo usiamo ogni giorno per il sonnellino pomeridiano nel passeggino. Unica cosa da stare attenti : ha batteria NiMh, e quindi soffre del “effetto memoria” se non si scarica e ricarica completamente. Basta che lo usate finche inizia a spegnersi da solo ed andate sul sicuro. Top

We used this product from the time baby was born - starting from the sound of a heart beat and ocean waves while at the hospital to the lullabies now at home. Thrilled with the longevity of its battery life, the timer and the Bluetooth connectivity making it a versatile product. Love the clip on that makes it super easy to carry while on the move. Highly recommend it. Another plus - makes adults unintentionally drift to sleep too! :)

A mi bebé le ha sido de mucha ayuda para mantenerse dormido durante casi toda la noche. El tamaño es muy práctico por lo que puedes llevarlo en la carriola o donde sea. A veces toma varios intentos el encenderlo, pero nada grave.
