This was recommended by my Homeopathic doctor to help relieve hot flashes. It does a good job and the remedy “sticks” for a while. When the hot flashes came back, I started using the pellets again.

Excellent for female cycle support including low back pain. I just need a few doses for relief each cycle. In homeopathy the symptoms must match the remedy. There’s probably 50 remedies related to cycle discomfort or heavy bleeding.
