I absolutely love the waterfall type of faucet. I had one before but the quality was low and the paint began to peel. This seems like higher quality. Price is very affordable and there doesn’t seem to be any issue with water pressure. I would highly recommend! I will state from previous reviews it’s mentioned that the quality of the stopper is low and many noticed peeling. I didn’t install it but I believe a use fix is to utilize a protectant spray to avoid peeling.

I absolutely loved this faucet until the finish started peeling off. This is in my guest bathroom and does not have heavy usage. It was installed in September 2023 and by May 24 it started peeling off. I wouldn't mind if it was the pop-up stopper which could be replaced easily but now I will have to get a plumber to replace the drain or get a new faucet, so everything matches. Update: The company reached out to me and not only did they initiate a full refund for the purchase price they sent me an entirely new faucet. Great customer service, they kept me updated along the process. I have not had a chance to replace the drain yet (waiting for my plumber) I just hope they fixed the issue. I still love the look of the waterfall. I have changed my rating back to a 5 star.

The black drain paint started flaking off the item in less than a year and we had to buy an insert to cover it. Clearly this is not a high quality item if the pain can’t stay on the drain as it is meant to be in water!

Original post: We just installed this faucet a few weeks ago with our new sink. We love the look of the faucet but the paint chipped off this morning while brushing our teeth. Only the water was on. We have not cleaned the sink at all or used any types of sponges or scrubbers on it. Paint literally just fell off and went down the drain. Sad. Otherwise the sink is great. Maybe don't get black?

I bought 2 of them, probably I will buy another 2 . Because they are so beautiful , the shape is stylish~ and I love the smooth touch. The quality is great. Worth the cost! And it was easy to install . The only thing I am not satisfied, just because the instructions says do not use putty plumber. But they all leaked. So I have to take it out again , I have no putty at home , so I just put the sealing tape on, no more leaks so far. I’m gonna keep checking if it still leaks. Expect this part, it is functioning perfectly.

I decided to re-do my guest bathroom and I purchased this faucet and I absolutely love how everything turned out. It was easy to assemble, the quality is great and the water flow is great.
