The product arrived on time and in excellent condition. We use the dried white lotus seed as an ingredient in Thirteen Treasures rice porridge which is fed as a snack to special needs students taking the venerable Chinese martial art of Tai Chi Chuan. Given some rather diverse food preferences it is remarkable that everyone like the lotus seeds. We (the food preparation team) especially appreciate the high quality.

The product I received was not the same as depicted. The lotus seeds are small and the quality is poor. Worst of all, it is not returnable!

The seller should have provided the correct information and pictures of the product to customers. This product was inferior and too expensive. You can go to an Asian supermarket and buy it at a cheaper price, and a better product.

Some of the seed have sprout which has to be remove or it make them bitter when eaten.

The seeds are smaller and can't return policy as food.
