I have a Blackstone griddle that I roll outside to cook. However, my sidewalk and driveway are sloped so if it isn't level the oil runs all to one side (or right out the cleanout hole!) as soon as it heats up. My Blackstone has a front storage shelf in front of the burner knobs, so I thought that would be a great place to put this magnetic bubble level. It's large and easy to read, I can quickly see if the bubble is centered so I know my griddle is level enough for cooking. Works like a champ!
