Small problem. Swapping for a different chair.
The chair seems to be comfortable but the tension knob for the back rest does not work. The seller told me to return the chair. As I didn't want to be without a chair I purchased a second chair. I will return the defective one when the new one arrives.

Worst Office Chair in 20 years
In 20 years of working at desks this is the worst chair I have ever had. More levers and knobs than you could imagine but still very uncomfortable. Whose idea was it to put a hard plastic border on the edge of the seat? Combined with the mesh seat the effect is like sitting on hard plastic bench all day. A plastic bench would be less restrictive. Maybe this chair was designed for women who sit with their legs together. Very uncomfortable. Maybe they will sell me a seat cushion.
