Wow!!! I have not had an air purifier in my home in 15 years. But what prompted me to get one now is I have noticed for years there is always dust that builds up all around my home and it had me thinking how I could lower the dust in my home. So I did a lot of research on air purifiers. It was a tough battle to make a decision between Levoit and other brands. Now I decided to get the Levoit because it has better benefits and the filters are not pricey. But I still wanted an air purifier that was great at filtering out 99 percent of particles and able to circulate the air in the room and keep dust to a minimum. Now, I bought the Vital 100S-P for our 170 square foot room even though this model can be used for a room about 300 square foot because I want a purifier that can over perform and really keep the air clean in our bedroom. Are you ready for this? So, I bought this purifier and me and my wife deep cleaned our bedroom with the air purifier running to help get all the dust in the air while cleaning. We even dusted all the walls and the roof to make sure we got every nook and cranny in the room. The crazy part is the light on the purifier stayed red the WHOLE TIME which was amazing to know because it tells me how bad the air quality is in the bedroom but it was even worse while cleaning it. When I took the front cover off, the pre filter mesh was COVERED IN DUST, see photo. That is just using it for one day WHILE CLEANING THE ROOM. After we finished, I vacuumed the pre filter and the purifier was still showing red for about 30 minutes then turned blue. I am really happy with this air purifier. I love how quiet it is at the lowest setting, the smart app shows a lot of details and has extra settings to make the purifier even better. We used it one night on auto mode and it was whisper quiet. I even tested this purifier when my wife was doing her nails and the smell from the nail polish was absorbed so fast, the smell was gone within a couple minutes. The air flow at max speed is not loud but it really performs the best. I have allergies and asthma and this is gonna help me a bunch. I also bought the bigger model for our living room and we will deep clean it while the purifier is running to catch all the dust flying around. I recommend this to everyone wanting cleaner air in your home. 5 stars!!

The LEVOIT Air Purifier has been fantastic for keeping the air in our baby's nursery clean and fresh. It is incredibly quiet, especially on the lowest setting, making it perfect for sleeping. Filter fits nicely against the wall without taking up much space (see photo below). It does it's job well. It is quiet on the lowest three settings, but still is able to move the air. I used to think that people claiming the air in the room smells pure was just hyperbole. After running this filter 24/7 for a week, I can claim that the air really does smell pure; it is a distinct smell that seems clean. I mainly purchased this to get rid of the dust buildup on all my electronics (PS5 Pro, Xbox Series X, Computer) and this has actually done that. No longer do I have to clean the dust off the desk and electronics every week. This filter does exactly what is advertised!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I’ve never had an air purifier before, but after redoing my bedroom which caused me to see the unbelievable about of dust that can collect in the places we don’t think about, I realized why my allergies might be so bad. On top of that, as a 22 year old man of course I’m hygienic, but I’ve always felt like my bedroom room subtly harbored that ‘boy’ smell from when I was a teenager no matter how much I cleaned, and it made me self conscious whenever I’d have someone there. To avoid boring you to death I’ll just say I’m impressed. I ordered it one night and it was here the next morning, I set it up in my room and left it running all day, by the time I returned home my room smelled so fresh. And not like headache inducing fragrances either, like just clean, fresh air. I recently bought the toxin absorber filter because the reviews made it sound like it was worth the extra cost. To warn anyone considering the specialty filters, the toxin absorber filter has a kind of “sterile” smell for the first few days. It doesn’t make the room smell but it’s a subtle scent you might notice for the first few days of running it, especially if breathing right near the machine. The new filter has been in there for a few days and no longer has any smell, doing just as good of a job as the original. Time will tell if it’s better and worth the extra money. Overall I would highly recommend, controlling it remotely from the app is also super easy, it’s very easy to link and user friendly. On the first three fan speeds it’s quiet, the highest fan speed is nice white noise, you can hear it but it’s not loud or disruptive. I run it on the highest fan setting all night and my nasal congestion has improved tremendously, making my sleep so much better than before. And the bonus is, it’s sleek looking. Not a bulky appliance, it fits nicely with modern decor. If you’re in the market for an air purifier I would recommend this brand, no matter how big your space they have one for you!

I've had air purifiers in bedrooms for years. Not so much for air quality, since I have no breathing issues, but for dust control. 15 years ago I had a fully manual older air purifier in my son's room that he used for white noise when he slept, and I noticed that his room didn't get as dusty. So I started putting smart ones in other areas. The last couple weeks I replaced an Aeris unit that was only a couple years old and cost 10 times what I just paid for this one, because after they were bought out by Roomba, the app no longer worked so it was no longer a smart device. I grabbed one of the large Levoit models for that. Then it was time to replace two Winix purifiers, one that I had for a few years, and one I had stored new in box for a few years and just unboxed last week. Both also had issues recently with the app, and couldn't be scheduled anymore either. So now after a few weeks of shuffling, I have five Levoit purifiers in my house. Four different models. Other than the capacity, they're all the same for all intents and purposes. Auto lets them sense the air quality and adjust speed accordingly, or you can set manual. One of the larger ones from them I have is the Core 400. And about 20 feet away, in the great room, I have an Air+Health unit. When both are on high, even though I sit less than 5 feet from the Levoit one, I can't even HEAR it at all since the other one makes so much noise over 20 feet away. These things run beautifully. I'm used to the ones in the dining room and great room changing speeds when they sense things from my cooking. But I've never had any of the ones in the bedrooms sense anything. Today, after putting this 100S-P and a larger 200S-P in two of my three bedrooms to replace the Winix units, BOTH of them on the other side of the house noted the air change and ramped up their speeds and sent me a message via the smart app on my phone. I was VERY impressed. Never before did anything else in that side of the house ever sense things from the kitchen. They are dead silent unless you crank up the speed - but even on high, they're less noisy than the others are at 2 or 3 out of 4. Outstanding price, smart app allows full control including schedules (I love cranking them all on high during the work day when I'm at the office, and having them turn back to auto just before I get home). Can't go wrong with these units.

Got this for the same price as my Germ Guardian that I had in my living room of my dusty apartment. The Germ Guardian Air Purifier was good but not for my living with filtering dust and the noise level along with the auto mode not doing. This filter is bigger, the purifier is quieter, can be place on the floor by itself,lightweight and has an app. The app is great allowing me to set timers,schedules, change the fan speed,tell me inside and outside air quality ,filter change reminders along with allowing me to turn it on it off. Got it yesterday and go it setup after getting off my second job felt a big difference over the Germ Guardian which is what I put in my bedroom. The quality is excellent and looks pretty good in my living room out out sight, didn’t feel my allergies kicking as much after one night of usage. Glad it was on sale and came the same day .
