I bought this for a quick need to take my son out to do some 22lr shooting. Works great. I decided to take a couple shots with my 9mm before we left. It handled it just fine at 20 yards. I had one miss that hit the stand directly over where you screw the posts onto the frame... that post is now part of the frame permanently. My fault, doesn't affect usage at all. The stickers are laughable. One shot and they shred right off. Ended up getting some bright neon orange spray paint and use that instead. Works great.

Spins very freely, holds up to 9mm very well (at 10 yards) even (surprisingly held up to my 45 at 12 yards with no damage to the plates). The thin poles that you put into the ground (holds plates) even stood up to being hit a few times with no damage. So it does do very well and tolerates punishment well. It is a blast to spin the plates (even funner with the 45, spinds faster and more times). My only complaint is you need to push the poles into the ground to hold the spinner up. I found most of the ground around here is hard and rocky. It was very difficult to find any soft spots to get the poles deep enough to stand up on its own. So I rigged my own homemade stand (see pictures) removed the poles on the spinner and attached to a 4 ft rebar. (Hung with hooks) If your ground is soft, it should be ok. But either way its a blast. Also has several extra red stickers to put back on to plates.

So far it's been great! Haven't done that many rounds but it's fun to use and I've hit the sides alot and it has no damage besides the paint coming off

If the stand had been 6 - 12" higher I would have rated it as a solid 5 stars. The plates are durable and are able to easily withstand handgun level ammunition. 256 Win Mag and 44 Mag both did not damage the plates but there is no reason to use them for 223 type cartridges, which would likely damage them. The only drawback was that they were shorter than expected and a bit extra height would have been great. Other than this, they are a great choice for a reactive target.

I only use this for .22 LR but it will hold up well. Simple design, easy to slap a new sticker on, and thick metal. Definitely worth it.

Good steel, fun swinger, apply fresh paint and keep going. I mouned this to a block of wood otherwise it falls over. And watch your aim, if you hit the hangers they will fall apart.
