En cuanto lo recibí lo arme muy fácil y me dispuse a usarlo, realmente hizo ejercitarme, aunque al principio no podía hacerlo conforme seguí practicando por fin ya pude.

Vraiment super produit ! J'ai la version xxl. Très facile à mettre, les sections sont faciles à enlever. Une fois le coup de main pris les mouvements sont simples et agréables à faire. Après 10 jours à raison de 30 min par jours j'ai déjà perdu 10cm de tour de taille! 😱 (bon je suis en fort surpoids, tout le monde n'aura pas le même résultat). Vraiment ravie de mon achat!
