Die Spider Chalk Flüssigkreide ist ein echtes Highlight im Gym! Hergestellt in den USA, überzeugt sie nicht nur durch einen tollen Duft, sondern ist auch besonders hautfreundlich und hinterlässt im Gegensatz zu normaler Kreide keine Unordnung oder Staubrückstände. Der Grip ist hervorragend und bietet eine stabile Unterstützung beim Gewichtheben, auch wenn es nicht ganz an die Griffigkeit von klassischer Kreide herankommt – dafür bleibt das Equipment und die Umgebung sauber. Leider ist die Verfügbarkeit in Deutschland eingeschränkt; zumindest in NRW ist es momentan nicht lieferbar. Ich bestelle daher direkt über die Amazon-Seite in den USA die „Black Widow“-Version und freue mich jedes Mal auf die Qualität dieses Produkts. Spider Chalk ist für mich die beste Wahl, wenn es um Flüssigkreide fürs Training geht!

Best chalk I've found. I indoor rock climb (5.11) and I share this liquid chalk with my friends and they love it too! Dries fast, no tacky sensation, and affordable. Stays on throughout a 55ft wall on lead (that's a lot of touching the rope and the holds but it doesn't run off). I LOVE that is is sourced, produced, and packaged in the US by a small business. But the best thing is that every product I've tried from SPIDER beats the bigger brands (I'm looking at you Friction, Rugne, and Black Diamond). Anyway, give it a try, it's only a few bucks, so it's a low risk/high reward situation.

I had never used liquid chalk before but my trainer recommended it due to less mess and we are not inhaling all that dust. We were skeptical but it really does work very well. Same grip when doing pull ups and such less mess.

4.5 Stars. Portable, convenient, effective. Smells kind of nice too, but maybe I'm just weird. Sort of fun rubbing it on your hands and watching your palms "magically" turn white as you wave them back and forth to dry. Just used during my 5x5 pull routine include deadlifts, bent over rows and pull-ups. Worked as advertised. About 85% as effective as real chalk. Alot less messy. Had to reapply a total of 3 times over the course of my 1.5 hr workout. No biggy. Will buy again.

Distributes a nice layer of chalk on my hands. Gives good grip and smells like mint chocolate chip ice cream as a bonus. If you're wary about making a mess with chalk in a commercial gym or shared area, a good pick. Will come off your hands onto the bar, but not as much as block chalk. Block chalk does give more grip, though.
