Wanted a smart looking backpack that wasn't bulky for commuting on the tube and that wouldn't look too casual at meetings. Really sturdy and holds/protects everything well. I try not to overload it and have never had any problems with the zips or handles. Straps are comfy as well when having to walk across the city.

Bought for my daughter for school and travel. Was good at first, nice under-stated looks, quite comfortable and has a strap to allow you to place the bag over the handle of your airport style wheeled case which proved useful. However, the right shoulder strap broke after less than a month of use. The problem is that the strap that connects the shoulder pad to the bag body is not sewn through the whole shoulder strap but only sewn into the first layer of the shoulder pad. The result is that the strap has torn away from the shoulder pad and is hanging by threads. Very disappointed with this bag. I have a Wenger Synergy which I have had for probably 15 years and is almost good as new. My other daughter has a Wenga Nanobyte which is a couple of years old now with no problems despite daily use. What these two bags have that the CityFriend doesn’t is a strap that is sewn all the way through the shoulder pad. The Synergy’s strap is the best as it’s sewn in multiple places through the shoulder pad and continues all the way to the top of the bag. So, in conclusion a nice looking, practical and comfortable bag that is badly let down by weak, poorly designed straps. I expected better from Wenger especially given this isn’t a cheap bag.

I love this backpack; the design meets everything that I wanted for a bag for work. However, the first backpack I ordered failed on the right strap after a few day’s light use. I contacted Wenger direct since Amazon will only do a refund, and I just wanted it fixed. Wenger sent me a replacement backpack quite quickly. Once again after a few days use, the bag has failed. This time it’s the other strap that has failed, in exactly the same way. I’m absolutely gutted because in every other way, this backpack would be perfect. As it is, it’s completely useless and is a waste of money. It’s disappointing when Wenger products are usually very well made.

La mochila cumple con todas mis expectativas. La calidad de los materiales es muy buena y, además, es muy cómoda de llevar. Aunque de tamaño compacto es suficiente para llevar un ordenador de 15.6" y una carpeta con documentos. En general es un buen producto. Muy recomendable.

Super pour un usage quotidien pour aller au bureau en transport en commun.

Für das tägliche Tragen von Büromaterial (Laptop 15,6 Zoll, A4 Papier, Stifte) und sonst noch alles was man dabei hat wenn man ins Büro geht ist es sehr praktisch und von der Qualität sehr gut.

Bin sehr zufrieden. Besonderes für den Preis.
