This product is useless. It doesn’t fit around the neck or Velcro enough to support your head. I would return it if the return window were open.

Really well made and extremely comfy. I have CCI and basically my head is too heavy for my neck to hold up, so either my head hangs to the side, or I get extreme headaches and knots in my neck. This think is a lifesaver and WAY more attractive than a cervical collar/neck brace. Perfect for travelling too! I also really appreciated the extra little gifts as well. The fabric was so amazingly soft and comfortable and didnt leave and marks on my face from using it. I would recommend it too if you work in an office, as this would help reduce strain and muscle issues from sitting and being on a computer all day, I cant say enough positive things about it!

So it's definitely a generic made product but it does somewhat work. I bought it because I wanted something to help keep my head up when I sleep on the plane. I didn't want to lean into my neighbors, didn't want to snore, and regular neck pillows didn't work for me. These does somewhat work. It does keep my head in place, however, it doesn't keep my head as straight as I want. You'll pretty much leaning your head to one side even more than what the photos show. It's ok, better than without the pillow but I wanted my head more supported. One annoying thing is a personal preference. The fleece feels cheap and I hate that I have to wrap it around my neck. The velcro just barely made it around my neck. Overall, it has that generic product feel for it. It does somewhat work. Guess it just depends how much support you want. I probably wouldn't buy it again.

I used this product on a plane trip to India (14 1-2 hours on the plane) worked great! It kept me positioned straight in my seat so I wouldn't lean to the right or left. Comfortable also. I would recommend a travel pouch to attach to your luggage as I observed with another shoulder sleepers. I had to take it in and out of my backpack. So attaching it easily to the outside of the back pack would of been convenient.

Great idea, but not as comfy as it looks. Nice to rest your head on but it kind of strangles the opposite side of your neck, as the pull makes it tight and its not long enough to wrap several times around like it looks to do. Had a 12 hour flight and I really needed this to work, but it choked me and I couldnt use it.

So wanted this to work...... but the internal frame came broken so wasn't even able to try it. The scarf part was soft and fuzzy though.

The shoulder sleeper not only is extremely soft and comfortably, it really supports my head and neck well. I'm also excited about the travel sleep mask and luggage tag that comes with THIS product. Both of which helped me to choose this shoulder sleeper over other similar products offered at the same or more expensive price.. The luggage tag appears to be made of a durable rubbery plastic which I'm sure will last for years of travel and the sleep mask really blocks out the light well. GREAT JOB, love it!

Very odd shaped and doesn't hold neck up sturdy. We returned it and looked for something else. Didnt work for me.
