WB 100th 25Film Collection Vol 4 Thrillers, Sci-Fi, Horror (Blu-ray)

Anytime I see these sets on sale I grab them. Between the digital codes and 25 films you recieve with art and ect Phenomenal

It's worth it for "The Maltese Falcon" alone!

It's a nice set to have if you are interested in more then 50% of the movies in this collection and don't already own them. However if you are a big horror fan then chances are you already own most of these on blu ray or 4k anyway so this might not be for you. -1 Star for how the discs are packed, its impossible to take the disc out without putting your fingerprints on the disk.

Once upon a time, the large studios all made great studio-focused sets like these for DVD like Fox's 75th Anniversary set that included 75 movies. I love that these are bluray. The difference between bluray and 4k is hardly worth the price or upgrade. Blurays are cheaper and offer a huge upgrade and sound from DVDs. I am buying this set as well as the first one and we'll see about the middle two volumes. Thank you Warner Bros, happy 100! I just wish Universal, Columbia and Paramount would do similar sets. I have the Fox Searchlight 20 Years bluray set from 2014 and that is the gold standard next to these great Warner Bros sets!

I specifically purchased this collection because it supposedly contained the Dolby Atmos version of the movie, “Gravity”. Unfortunately, the collection I received DID NOT include the Dolby Atmos version of the movie.

This is a neat collectible to show off but my main issue is that I don’t really like how these sets are numbered (I feel that if I get, in this case, volume four, I won’t feel complete without the other three but that may just be me) and also when I redeemed the code instead of getting Children of the Dammed I got Doctor Sleep which I guess fits the theme of the set but still a little nitpick

Note that there is some duplication (9) with the main 30 disc set. The films Annabelle and It are not good enough for this showcase set. Only 2 films from the first 40 years?
