I am so glad I tried this. For what I intended it to do, I'm extremely pleased. While it's very lightweight, it served its intended purpose as a "framework" for me to get started on this twig arch. I have an area in my yard with a lot of wild vines and figured I could lean into it and train them on an arch. I put this together in the "wide" stance version, left the bottommost horizontal rungs off so that there were pointy ends to stick in to the earth, butted up one end against a tree, and started going to town weaving sticks in. Keep in mind, this arch IS flimsy and bendable and kind of floppy, but being able to use the tree as stability was a big help. Also, adding branches continues to reinforce it. I'm fortunate that I had a lot of twigs and sticks laying around to fill it in. I'm SO happy with it!

I did my best to try and rent an arch for a beach wedding in Hawaii. They wanted $300 to rent and would not deliver. Not to be deterred I thought - 'eh for the price, what do I have to lose, maybe I can get it into a suitcase? When it arrived I was pleased that it was lightweight and came in a box that is about 15" long, 8 inches wide, and 2 inches thick. That was plus number one. When I opened the box I saw A LOT of pieces. I thought, well I better time the assembly - 19 min to assemble and 11 min to break down. I ordered, drapes, and flowers and put it all together. COMPLETELY what was wanted. It is rather flimsy, but having said that, we used massive rocks on the bottom rungs to hold it in place on the beach and even the F-16's flying over head didn't knock them over! So although it is bendy it held together beautifully. I did have one bar that the screw wouldn't go into, but I moved that to the bottom and it wasn't an issue. This is an adjustable arch that can be put together to be 7', 6', 5', etc. It's how many rungs you want to put into it that will determine it's height. I would definitely purchase again.

Using for grape trellis. Chose Option making it wider than higher. The ctr was sagging. No way this could hold plant. So, I reinforced w a plant support I already have. Attaching support horizontal to fence, then placing pole in middle to hold up. I used a plastic PVC pipe, over a tall rebar for ctr support. Then put a screw in at top, to keep everything from slinging down. I also put rebar in 4 places to hold trellis sides. This thing would topple over otherwise. I sprayed painted extra pcs blk. This is not ideal. But I loved the cheap price point. I hope I don't live to regret it. This item is probably better used for weddings, etc. Then how I am

Used it for entryway to my garden, covered it with LED Christmas lights...so pretty.

All the joints rusted, the entire thing collapsed and bent down to a pile of rubble. All my work on the garden for these beds was ruined

Easy to assemble and place in ground , took of bottom rung And pushed into ground .For plants to grow over .

Its a little flimsy but i bought it as a rose climber so should work i added an extra rod in middle to support from strong wind/bending. It was delivered box opened and screws all over but i made it work with missing parts
