It is definitely effective, for the first fortnight or so of taking it I was experiencing some paradoxical tiredness but that eventually subsided… it’s definitely a larger dose of PQQ per serving so the side effects are way more pronounced. But then again, the higher dosing benefits seem to outweigh the side effects, at least for me for my short term usage.

This PQQ health product does not give a boost of energy like caffeine would, but it rather produces a gentle increase of vitality in different parts of the body. Thus, I am less tired (physically), more "alert" (mentally), and feeling great over all. And the taste is good! I put 17 drops of it under my tongue, and it is quickly absorbed in my blood. Thus, its good effect can be felt rapidly.

This supplement is in the form of a liquid. I had never heard of Pyrroloquinoline Quinone Disodium Salt before and thus did some research on-line. It sounds like a great supplement for brain and overall health with rare and few side effects. I put 12 drops under my tongue and held it 15 seconds to try it. I noticed no adverse side affects at this dosage. It has a bit of a strong alcohol taste. I like that is it made in the USA but I am not sure why it is not produced in a GMP certified facility since this company has had GMP certification in the past. For this reason, I gave it 3 stars instead of 5. If it is produced in a GMP facility and labeled accordingly, I would increase my rating to 5 stars. (Note: They have misspelled Quinone is their title and write-up.)

I find it hard to objectively rate this supplement, but I want to believe it is helping. I have been taking it for about a week, 20 drops each morning. My alertness and brain fog seems to have been a little better this week than they had been previously. I feel like I have had a tad more energy than I am use to having. And also, unfortunately, I have had some stomach issues and loos stools. So if I am to credit the subjective positives to the product, than I also probably should credit the objective stomach issue. I'm hoping that it's unrelated though. The bottle itself is huge and well made, including a glass dropper. The taste of the product is pleasant. A slight peppermint flavor but very mild. No issues at all holding it in my mouth for 15 seconds before swallowing. In researching this brand, I did come across some FDA violations from a few years back. I trust the identified problems have been addressed, but you may want to look into the company to determine your own comfort level with taking their supplements.

My husband has taken PQQ over time, but the pills did not seem to help him as much long term as I had hoped they would. This version was worth trying. HOW THIS COMES This comes well wrapped and is easy to take with the eyedropper inside the blue glass bottle. HOW HE TAKES THIS My husband takes this under the tongue as advised. He holds it there for about 15 seconds and then swallows it. DOES IT HELP? So far this seems to have helped his focus to be better than it was. I noticed since I started giving this to him, instead of bugging out and playing solitaire when faced with a lot of work, he is actually getting up and DOING things. He is not organized, but I don't think that is anything a supplement can help-haha. THE BOTTOM LINE This seems to help an overwhelmed husband with focus and he is actually getting things done. MY RATING FIVE STARS. If this continues to help him, then I would consider a repurchase. The pills he has taken did not work quite like this.
