Arrived on time neatly packaged beautiful and brand new! But no way am I using it! The string is on the outside and it would have been better if it were a softer material that squeezed into shape first before use! For a beginner I think it’s actually too heavy. I wouldn’t advocate jade but they have much smaller starting weights - it’s not for me

Easy to use and I’ve noticed an improvement already

Bit unfair to review so soon (but emailed me to request one) as only been using for a few days. However after a tricky start I’m now using this every day and although not entirely sure I’m doing it properly I think it might be helping with my bladder leakage problem. I’ve not managed to use it walking around much yet but they advise to build up gradually. I’m quite optimistic so far

I was totally surprised with these kegel exercise balls. When I made a purchase I didn;t believe this works, but after a week of using it I have to say that this is a perfect product for every woman.

Not able to use so waste if money

I thought kegel exercises balls was yesterdays news until I reached certain age. Toning of pelvic floor really works. This set is good even if you don't follow strict routine but the results are much better if you follow your Kegel exercises and combine all three kegel balls. I also bought the cleaner that manufacturer recommends and I'm really happy with it. Hygiene is very, very important to me and this kegel exercises balls clean up brilliant.

C’est ma kinésithérapeute qui m’a dirigé vers ce produit pour la rééducation de mon périnée. Je l’utilise depuis peu (donc pas encore de résultat) mais j’apprécie énormément la qualité, la douceur, la facilité pour nettoyer le produit. Je le recommande à mon tour car c’est top ! En revanche, une ficelle plus longue aurait été la bienvenue pour une double utilisation.

I read all the reviews I could find before I purchased this item. I found it does help as a kegel exerciser and helps me from having to run to the bathroom frequently. It is comfortable to wear and if inserted properly, you do not feel your wearing it, similar to a tampon. Start with the smallest, lowest weight and don't buy the next size unless you feel you need it. You should not pay more than about $12.50 for it. Search to find the link on Amazon for this price. There are some Amazon links that sells it for $80. It is also available at CVS.com for the lower price. I don't know if it will help everyone but at the lower price, it is definitely worth taking a chance.

I've delivered one child vaginally. I've done regular kegels for a while now, but I wanted to work on my muscle tone a little more. The description says this weight is for a more challenging workout, but for me it wasn't that challenging. I ordered the 38g and the 48g, and I found that I get a better kegel workout by linking the two together. All in all a good product, and being able to customize makes it even better.
