Comprati per gli insettivori che frequentano le mangiatoie in giardino. NON sono vermi (o tarme) della farina, Tenebrio molitor, sebbene vengano descritti così nella anche nel foglio che accompagna la merce. Dall'aspetto (forma a sigaro) può trattarsi di larve di mosca soldato, Hermetia illucens. Dato che con le scorte ero a zero, le ho tenute pensando che gli uccelli del giardino non avrebbero arricciato il naso. Dal pettirosso allo scricciolo, al codirosso spazzacamino, alla ballerina bianca, all'occhiocotto, alla capinera, alle cince ecc., TUTTI li hanno schifati. Fra i prodotti del venditore non ci sono larve di mosca soldato, quindi non è stato un errore nella spedizione.
