I just received my first one of these and was hoping that it would be able to stay in place and prevent the boys from escaping. As has been said there are no instructions for how to put it on but I was able to imagine how to do it before I got it. It turned out that the way I imagined it was very close to the right way. There is a sharp edge at the opening but that didn't cause me any grief at all. Once I got the skin started through the opening I just started gently pulling it into the slot and everything followed very easily. The last inch or so had to be worked in just a bit but once everything was in sliding the ring around a bit further to insert the locking pin was very easy. All in all it less than 5 minutes for me to get it on. I did manage to get it on with the weight in front but that is fine. I will try to get the weight behind next time after I take it off. However another reviewer did mention that with the weight behind it hits the legs when moving around so I will take that under advisement. So far it is very comfortable on but I have noticed evidence that blood flow is being restricted but no issues with that yet. I did not notice any issues with roughness at all and the locking pin is held tightly by spring pressure and was moderately difficult to get out to put the ring on but putting the pin back in was easy using the rounded side to open up the end after which the pin slid right in. I can feel that the pin is held very firmly and it does take some pressure on it to get it to move. Overall it appears to be a very good design and I will probably order at least one more.

This thing looked really promising! I like the idea of using the scrotum to wrap around the weight and it looked like it would be a good, secure option. However, like others have stated, this has some sharp edges. They're not dangerously sharp, but uncomfortable. With a little lotion, it was fine to put on. The real issue is how it sits on you. It hangs funny because of how the weight is distributed. When you put the weight towards your body, it hangs really low in the back. When the weight is in front, it looks stupid and still hangs weird. Overall, I really dislike this weight. The design is unique and seems like a good idea at first, but in reality it's just not as effective as the traditional cylindrical design. One star because of the sharp edges, being visually unappealing, and now me being stuck with it.

Unique feel and really makes your package bulge. Takes some putting on, but quite comfortable once on. My only problem was the locking piece was so tight, I could barely get it off. And I haven't been able to get it back on, even when not wearing it.

The product fits nicely and is more comfortable than you would expect, given the way it looks. I tried wearing it with the open crescent in the front and the back, as I was unsure which way it should be worn. Crescent in the back was most comfortable for me. If you, like me, have a tendency to have an overly-active cremaster muscle, there will definitely be some discomfort as retraction occurs. After several wearing sessions and removal, this has become less uncomfortable and I imagine it will continue to lessen the discomfort. Negative point, the opening of the device is sharp. I haven't been cut, but the potential is there if you aren't careful. It is sometimes painful to put on because the edge of the opening and opening corners aren't rounded. It becomes especially painful to remove if you are doing so because of retraction discomfort, as the skin is pulled up tight, so it scrapes against you as you try to roll out. Gets easier with experience, but still seems like an oversight or QC issue
