Poor quality, uneven wooden planks
Wish i had read the reviews before buying. Worst item to buy , lowest quality, uneven size of wood planks that does not fit the catalogue images.

Quality is so bad, I had to return the product right I received it as there was no manual instructions to assemble the product, also it comes in very poor package made my house mess. Not easy to assemble and doesn’t match the picture shown in Amazon

Impossible to assemble
Spent over 12 hours to assemble, toke very long time to figure out what to do, instructions are not clear at all, Small and Low resolution images with Chinese text If you love to solve puzzle its good to buy otherwise I DONT RECOMMEND IT Quality of the product is ok, not bad and not so good

This one is a total waste of money. In the pictures it shows 12 pairs of shoes. That’s 4 pairs of shoes in one rack. But it hardly holds 3 pairs. And that also in rack only. Others we can’t keep shoes properly. So we had to remove one rack from it. So please don’t buy it if you want to keep more than 5 pairs of shoes.
