Update March 2025. We bought two sets of the satin steel taps in 2018 to use in a dual sink bathroom construction. They get used at least twice a day and we were quite happy with them. A couple of months ago I noticed a wet puddle between the taps and the faucet. Not a lot of water, but it was there in the evening after not having used the sink for 12 hours, so that was concerning. I thought it might be the faucet draining out, so I removed it and stripped the assembly down. It had triple o-rings, which was good but two of them had visible nicks, so I replaced the o-rings and reassembled the faucet. I was still getting the water puddle, and at that point I decided to purchase a replacement set. Seven years on, and the replacement set are not identical to the originals. The original taps had a satin silver plastic top cap, you could prise off, to expose a cross head screw that attached the tap handle to the valve spindle. The new ones have solid heads, and also they have a (red and blue) small soft rubber circular feature indicating which tap is hot or cold on the shaft. They felt flimsy, the cold tap in particular, it would flex as you moved the tap lever from off to on. Okay, it solved the leak problem, but I wasn't very impressed. One day soon after they were installed, the hot tap came off in my hand. I found there was an allen key screw behind the red rubber insert, which, when the insert was removed, could be accessed by an allen key. Having removed the insert, and returned the tap to the valve stem, I was able to tighten the tap lever to the valve stem. I also checked the cold tap allen key by removing the blue insert, and found it to be loose. After tightening both, the feel of the taps became much sturdier. These are ok, but don't match the pair on the second sink. Anticipate having to check the tap handles are securely fitted if you purchase these. Original review for gold finished variant We bought these gold taps for our guest bathroom renovation. Their style (and color) were a good match for the design we were going for. When we installed them, we discovered the hot tap had a defect that prevented tightening it to the marble countertop. We contacted Time Arrow through the Amazon website and they were very responsive. As soon as they had more in stock, they sent us a new set. Excellent service. We are very pleased with this product, they feel solid and look stylish, and while the hot tap was defective, TimeArrow were very responsive in resolving it. Bad things sometimes happen, but a good recovery encourages you to do more business with the supplier. UPDATE: After just a few months both the hot tap and the down spout have badly tarnished. But not the cold tap. Neither sure why it is selective or occurring. These are in a guest bathroom so they don’t get used frequently.

Frankly speaking, I liked the square goose neck style, but the price is much cheaper than other products, I am a little worried about its quality, however, I am very happy with its quality ! I have being using it for a month, it works well, feel its water flow is strong but with water conservation sense, the faucet and its aerator quality is great, and the brushed nickel finish matches nicely with our bathroom, also resists fingerprints and water spots to keep it looking clean and beautiful. The installation was easy, but if you want to remove the aerator to clean the pipes after first install, you have to remove it with the given tool, I wish there is an easier way. The included pop up drain is plastic but good. I am very happy with this product.

This faucet is wonderful. I love how the spigot moves back and forth.

UPDATE: 12/06/2020 TimeArrow said they will send me a new drain stopper to replace the one I have with silver spots. So their customer service is amazing and they deserve 5+ stars for an amazing product and even better customer service. 12/06/2020: Below is my original review, this is my updated commentary. The faucet works great and looks to be great quality. I’ve added a picture of the drain stopper and how the gold finish is spotty. I have the faucet installed so I would prefer not to uninstall it and send it all back for this one piece. I’m hoping Aaron will see this review and just send out a new piece. I can’t speak to the durability of the finish, and the finish is great on the faucet itself, but something went wrong with the stopper, and the silver spots in the middle of the gold stopper sticks out and is bothersome to me. The faucet is great quality and beautiful to look at...it’s functional too. I love the real gold look, which is much darker than what other manufacturers call ‘gold’! This is the color of real gold, so don’t be surprised if it doesn’t match your ‘gold’ colored accessories in the bathroom. The faucet is much darker than all the ‘gold’ towel hangers and toilet paper holder, that I have in the bathroom, but I love this faucet and would replace everything else in the bathroom before the faucet.

We first bought their 852R kitchen faucet,it worked great so far, and since then our bathroom faucet needed a makeover too, so we decided to buy their bathroom faucet. This two handle faucet looks very elegant and performs great. The packaging was simple but protective and comes with all the parts including the plastic water valves. A pop up drain is included for free which was a very nice touch and it matches well with the faucet and my sink. Also note the pop up drain has an overflow. This is a 3 hole installation, so make sure you have the correct hole sizes. It was a simple install, at first we were worried about weak water flow, not even close.The water flow is strong with lots of pressure. I like the square goose neck design, it gives a complete new look to my bathroom. I give this 5 stars. A very happy purchase.

I have had this product just over a year. In the last 2 months the cold water tastes like water from an old garden hose. Also, a rust stain is on my sink where the water hits. At first I thought something was wrong with my water, but nothing is wrong. I have 3 bathrooms and none of the other faucets cause any rust stains or the water taste terrible. I am replacing this unit with a Moen faucet which is what is in my other rooms. I liked the style and the price but I should have stuck with a known product.

AFTER POSTING THIS REVIEW DETAILING MY ISSUE WITH THE FAUCET I HEARD FROM THE COMPANY. MY FAUCET WILL BE REPLACED. I'M VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PROMPT REPLY AND THE REPLACEMENT. MAX WAS RESPONSIVE AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. I'M SO HAPPY WITH THIS AS I LOVE THE DESIGN- LOOKS GREAT WITH MY NEW VANITY AND MARBLE TOP. I very much like the design of this faucet. However within 2 months of install the left valve stem had issues. It was impossible to shut off the flow of hot water. I paid for it to be serviced, and it was fine for another few months, but again, the valve needs to be serviced. The repair person indicated the small disk inside the stem is not held in place properly to stop the flow of water, and will continue to have issues. I need to have this resolved or will need to replace the faucet.

Update (1/31/2020) TimeArrow was very responsive and sent new gaskets immediately after contacting me. Installed them with ease and it works perfectly. Very happy with my customer experience and with how it works! Not to mention how beautiful the look! We purchased 2 of these faucets for a bathroom renovation that we were doing and finally were able to install them. Installation for the faucet itself was easy, the quick connect hoses made it a breeze. The drain stop was a bit different of a story, was able to get one to seal up without issue, but the second one kept leaking at the basin where the triangular rubber gasket seals. Ended up having to go out and purchase a different gasket to get a water tight seal. The biggest issue is now that it is installed, the click it stopper doesn't stop any water. I believe that the click it stopper is missing a seal (see picture, o-ring type groove below golden top) so when you push it down, it doesn't even try to keep water in the sink when pressed down. We absolutely love the sinks and they look incredible with the bathroom, we were hoping that the customer service team could reach out to us and send us a couple gaskets since our stopper is missing them. Seems to be something that has happened to previous reviewers. Great product, quality is nearly there since it does appear to be missing a component.
