Worked for *old* 7400 faucet (might be Adler series low profile)
We have a very old faucet - it's definitely a 7400 series (marked on faucet stem) and I think it's a Adler series low profile. It was leaking from the faucet spout end unless you swiveled the handle all the way to the far right or far left. At first, we took apart and reassembled the old parts several times. Still leaked. Then we decided to have our plumber-in-law install a new faucet but the nut underneath was not going anywhere ... would have had to actually remove the sink & ergo destroy the counter to get at it. Bought this kit and replaced all parts "upwards" from the cartridge. En voila - no leak. Very happy. However. The parts are not labeled and as the kit also includes parts for the 7100 series (I think), it's somewhat confusing. And the assembly instructions are not the greatest *especially* the close up illustration of the most vital part of the assembly. We thought one part was defective (white plastic swivel stop) even though it was identical to the original as it was not sitting flush so we just proceeded ahead stacking the parts in the correct orientation and screwed everything down. Which presented another problem: as we learned through experience during the initial reassemblies of the old parts, you have to use the allen wrench to hold the brass stem still while you screw the nut down (which requires yanking upwards on the brass stem to expose the hole that the allen wrench inserts into. Sooooo not clear in the directions.

OEM parts are the best.
If you have some time to fix your single handle faucet then just call Moen and they will send you the parts under the lifetime warranty. But if you’re like me and can’t wait weeks for the parts to get to you from Moen then this kit that contains original Moen parts is well worth it. I got the parts quickly from Amazon and had them installed a few minutes later. Plenty of videos on YouTube if you aren’t sure how to do the installation. The parts I got from Moen under warranty came a few weeks later and are now my spares.

Fixed the Problem
First time repairing the handle and overall it was not too difficult. All the parts necessary were included, but it was primarily just the plastic clip that needed replacing, so having to purchase all the other parts wasn't necessary. I would recommend verifying which parts you need before purchasing this product, while it has a lot of good parts, most of them in the existing handle are well made and strong, thus should not be the problem. If you only need the plastic clip, it may be worth looking for just that part for less money. That certainly isn't this product's fault, it clearly shows what is included. Only concern with this product is the lack of any instructions - at all. While most of the parts are easily observed when removing the existing handle, the plastic part that commonly breaks obviously falls apart and it is not possible to see how it was connected. That results in you having to make various attempts at figuring out how to install the plastic clip. Even online manuals don't picture how the plastic clip goes on, they simply show an exploded view of all the pieces. In short - great product, includes everything you'll need, but may be overkill on purchasing parts so verify what parts you need first. Second, this product should include some instructions.

Perfect!
This little goodie bag is just what the Doctor ordered. Contains everything you need for repairing a Moen single-lever kitchen faucet. The instructions are a bit vague, but not a deal-breaker.

OEM parts are best for faucets
The levers on the Moen faucets are kinda sketchy over time. The pivot is just a piece of plastic, and it WILL eventually break. This part kit replaces that nonsense. In fact, you can buy just the part that broke and keep the rest of the kit for the next time

instructions lacked detail
The product was exactly what I needed, however the installation instructions lacked any detail. The problem was that this kit is for multiple models of faucets, so not all of the parts are used on any one repair. I'm a mechanical engineer, so that was definitely a shortcoming.

Fantastic, the parts I needed fit my older Moen.
A part broke in my decades old Moen, Adler. Ish lever faucet handle. The number was 101054 on the broken part. I am so pleased the metal part shown as a number 8 in the 7400, 7600 series instructions a handle adapter and connection assembly worked! I am not super great at home repair, but I thought I would give this a try after watching some you tube, and before calling a plumber. OMGosh!!!!, I did it! It worked!! It took some fussing around, just because I am not a plumber. I felt like Super Woman , still feel so great about it. You will need a 7/64 Allen wrench. And a Phillips screw driver, also look at how the black plastic part fits into the metal part. This confused me for a few minutes until I looked closely at my old part. The new metal part looks a bit different than my old, I think Moen beefed up the design because there is more material at the area where mine had snapped in half. I also cleaned and soaped up the parts and threads. I only used 3 parts of the kit. I think I saved myself between $ 200-300, and a week without a kitchen faucet. Yea Moen!!!!
