Not very easy to use
Looks nice but not a functional design. It’s very difficult to put towels in and also difficult to pull em out. The design could have been better.

Wooden Box
This item is extremely hard to put in the paper towels. It has no opening at the top. It’s not worth the trouble to remove from the wall & to put back every time you have to refill. If it had not gotten damaged trying to put it up, I would send this back. Over priced!!!
