The Children's Place Girls' Plaid Stretch Jacquard Short Sleeve Dress

These are very simple but cute dresses. The skater sytle is popular and is great for girls who skate or skateboard. They are cute wide at the bottom so nice for twirling. Eight-year-old wears shorts or leggings underneath and loves these dresses. They are 60% cotton. I machine wash on low and hang to dry. They stay nice, don't shrink, and dry very quickly. This is a super good value for 2 dresses. They fit well and the size seems to be exact. They are colorful, not heavy, and I'm pleased with the quality.

I got this for my granddaughter for her birthday. She really loved it. Very durable and soft. She doesn't like clothes to be tight and this dress was perfect . Very cute and the material wasn't to thin and keeps its shape and doesn't stretch out

Cute everyday dress for my daughter who loves florals and all things pink. It also has a pretty almost aqua/light blue background that makes a mom who doesn't love all pink everything happy. Fit is typical of Children's Place girls size small, 5/6 numerically. NOT Baby Girls sizing as stated in the item listing title. For reference, my kiddo is 6 years old, 46 inches, 44 lbs. and the length hits about 1.5-2 inches above her knees. The width makes it a bit loose on her, but in a cute comfy way. Cotton-poly blend usually holds up well to wear and tear in class as well as outside on the playground. These dresses are a great option for school days (we pair them with longer length bike shorts during warm weather and leggings when it's cooler out) and more. We have several of these dresses in different prints now, and have noted a few have pockets but most do not. My daughter would love to have pockets on every dress, and these dresses would be perfect if they included them every time!

Simple and worth the cost, always size up.

I was really impressed with this dress for my 6 year old niece. She’s quite thin and long, everywhere. Finding clothes that fit around her waist or dresses that go down to or below her knees are very difficult. We purchased quite a few items from this seller and were quite happy with the quality. The fabric is softer than it looks. Not like a teddy bear soft but moveable, breathable and not too heavy but not so light it’s see through. The colors are rich and the flower pattern is pretty. Seems like it’s a quality dress for a little girl who isn’t too rough rolling around all over the place. She wasn’t tugging on any part of it which tells me she wasn’t comfortable in it. We paired this with a black cardigan, white fold down white dress socks and opaque black ballet dress shoe. The beautiful deep green of the dress really brought some color to all the black and white without making it feel like forced color.

The quality is great—it held up perfectly in the wash, and the colors are just as pictured. The sizing is true to size, and it was perfect for St. Patrick’s Day! Material is soft and breathable. My toddler stayed cool in the hot weather, and she looked adorable. Highly recommend this dress for any occasion, especially in warm weather!
